"We booked a family room come with a queen size bed and a single bed. The room is specious, enough to place our luggage. However, the aircon is not cold enough even though we have adjusted the temperature to the lowest. Other than this, we are satisfied. The hotel has own parking lots, which we no need to worry where to park our vehicle. The hotel location is strategic, located along Pantai Chenang."

GGuest UserWe received a very warm and attentive welcome upon arriving at the hotel, which made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. After settling in, we headed to Hava Restaurant for dinner, where they serve Indian cuisine. The food was delicious, and the experience was made even more special by the beautiful sunset views while we dined. Although the food was a bit on the pricey side, it was well worth it for the overall experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and thoughtful—they even remembered our kids’ names, which added a personal touch to our stay. The resort itself is well-equipped, offering complimentary buggy services and bicycle rentals, making it easy and fun to get around. The place is quite and spacious, it is truly an ideal destination for relaxation. We had such a wonderful time that we would love to come back again, especially with our parents next time.

WWasabiRFacilities: While not a brand-new hotel, it boasts its own nature reserve ambiance. All rooms are individual wooden bungalows, offering different mountain and ocean views! The rooms are spacious! The balcony is very comfortable! Hygiene: The cleaning was excellent and very thorough! Environment: As soon as you enter, it feels like a giant natural garden combining forest and ocean. You can spot dusky leaf monkeys and hornbills everywhere, truly a wonderful ecosystem! There's no need to go out to see any other attractions when you're here! The pool is also very comfortable, not crowded, and the drinks at the pool bar are delicious! Service: Excellent! I received a birthday surprise, a handwritten blessing, a birthday cake, and an upgrade to a sea-view wooden chalet. The hotel is truly thoughtful and generous. They wished me a happy birthday during check-in, and the room was decorated with a little surprise! It feels like the hotel genuinely cares about guests' special occasions, even though I hadn't requested any of these in advance! So, I was very touched!

The views across the sea were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise — waking up each morning to those stunning colours over the water was a real highlight of the stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with large swimming pools for both adults and children, plenty of comfortable sunbeds available throughout the day, and two fantastic bars. The swim-up bar was perfect for relaxing in the pool with a drink, while the beach bar created a wonderful laid-back atmosphere right by the sea. Evening entertainment was varied and enjoyable, adding to the overall holiday experience without ever feeling overwhelming. The food was another standout feature. There was an impressive variety every day, and the quality and taste genuinely surpassed expectations. Every meal felt fresh, well-prepared, and catered for all tastes. What truly made the stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, and attentive, always willing to help with a smile. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their hospitality made the hotel feel welcoming and relaxed throughout our stay. One of the most memorable experiences was the quick speedboat taxi to the private island — a unique touch that made the holiday feel even more special. The hotel also offered plenty of complimentary activities including tennis courts, pickleball, snooker, and more, which added great value and meant there was always something to do. Although the rooms were slightly dated, they suited the hotel perfectly and added to the authentic Langkawi charm — relaxed, comfortable, and full of character. Rather than feeling tired, the hotel had a genuine laid-back vibe that made it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, this is an excellent hotel and a real hidden gem. With incredible views, fantastic facilities, wonderful food, and exceptional staff, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Langkawi.

LLadyBoss⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed here with my family and overall we had a pleasant stay. The resort grounds are beautiful, spacious and full of greenery, giving a relaxing kampung-style tropical vibe. The beach is just a short walk away and the sunset view was amazing. The swimming pool was one of our kids' favourite spots. Staff were generally friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was comfortable and suitable for families. However, we experienced an issue during our stay where several family members developed itchy rashes/insect bites. We are not completely certain of the source, but it affected our overall experience and caused some concern, especially with young children. Despite that, the resort itself is beautiful, family-friendly and located in a great area near Pantai Cenang. Hopefully the resort can look into this matter to ensure future guests have a more comfortable stay.

GGuest UserI blindly chose this hotel and stayed for 5 consecutive days, ready to just relax. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The hotel is located by the sea and near the mountains, about a 30-minute drive from Cenang Beach, making it relatively quiet. If you need to go out, taking a taxi is very convenient. The hotel has several swimming pools, which are great for kids. My child didn't want to leave the pool once they got in, and you can order drinks right by the poolside, which is very handy. The breakfast variety changes a bit, and the eggs + pancakes pictured were delicious – the sauce was definitely the highlight. The staff were all quite friendly and greeted me warmly whenever we met.

FFifi MatsThe hotel is located a short drive from the airport; but also tucked away from the noise of the city. Taxi fare to tourist hotspots is generally low (MYR11-23) due to its convenient location. Perfect for travellers who want a scenic and tranquil break from their busy lives, but also want easy access to shops and nightlife (food stalls, etc.). Super neat rooms and excellent staff all around. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score is because the fitness room needs some work, and it takes about half an hour for the a/c in there to cool the space down. Not great if you want a quick workout before heading out for the day. Overall, highly recommend! I would come back here again without a second thought. Worth every penny!

Service and hospitality provided by the hotel staffs were a 10/10 but the hotel room itself needs a little touch up as it looks quite old already.

MMish123Overall, my stay was great. The pool was nice. The hotel staff was nice and friendly. Great location many food places around, and they're open until late into the night. We also went to the waterpark next door for free. The hotel was clean. They also have really good deals for ATV tours, jet ski tours, and many other fun things to do around the island. I highly recommend this hotel to people. The windows in our room couldn't open so it wasn't the best because I like getting fresh air into my room in the morning. Because the windows couldn't open the room smelled a bit damp and stuffy. The Aircon also made a lot of noise (I struggle falling asleep if there's too much noise).

NNiliudashuThis hotel was just a place to crash; we were out all day anyway, so we didn't expect much. The location is excellent, right in town. Across the street, there's a duty-free chocolate shop, and plenty of food options within a few blocks. It's also beachfront, so you can catch the sunrise. We booked a suite, which was spacious, but the facilities were quite outdated. The hot water was intermittent, and it seemed like there was no hot water at all late at night! I left my swim trunks in the room and called customer service to ask about them. I figured if they found them, I'd just take a taxi back from Berjaya to pick them up. The first time I called, a man answered and said he'd look for them. When I called again, a woman answered. I'm not sure if she didn't understand English or what, but she just mumbled and rambled for a while before abruptly hanging up on me. Since I was short on time, I just gave up and bought new ones. The breakfast was mediocre, with limited choices. Just enough to grab a bite. The gym is tiny and the equipment is old, but nobody supervises it, and hardly anyone uses it. You just swipe your card to enter, so it's practically 24 hours. It was sufficient for my workout needs. The infinity pool has a nice view, and my kids loved it. There were a lot of Indian people diving and having 'doggy paddle' races, making the pool quite chaotic, and nobody seemed to be managing it. The Indian 'doggy paddle' is hilarious; it's not the first time I've seen it, I've seen it countless times now! I even wonder if it's some kind of Indian national art form? The key thing is, this stroke is exhausting and inefficient, yet they all seem to enjoy it immensely 😂
