Amazing

RReeny on the GoPhiloxenia: literally translates to “friend to a stranger”. This cannot be more applicable than with my recent stay at Blue Harmony apartments. From the friendly communication before arrival, to Kleonike meeting us at the bus stop to drive us to the room, my cousins and I were treated like family. Upon checking in, Kiria Kleonike offered us a welcome drink of ice cold homemade lemonade and a traditional Greek dessert that easily compares to what our grandmothers made. The accommodations were clean and modern and the location was perfect for our goal of relaxation at the beach. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will be back for sure.

FFedeleGreat stay! Very clean place, central location. Flora, the owner, put a lot of efforts to keep everything at customer satisfaction. Very overpriced but I guess it’s because of the period, mid of August it’s the highest season in Greece although for less money we had a 5 star hotel in Santorini with 5 stars hotel service, top of the top. Overall a good experience.

FfollowmetoeatandplayI only stayed in the small island of Naxos for one night and chose the hotel Astir of Naxos. It takes about 25 minutes to walk from the port to the hotel. It is better to walk along the small road on the other side of the sea. The road is relatively flat and there is no need to climb up and down. The hotel is about 5 minutes away from the large sandy beach Agios Georgios Beach and the 2-storey Super Market Koutelieris. It is said that this is the largest supermarket in Greece 🇬🇷, where you can buy a lot of food produced in Greece. Here I bought Greek biscuit bars, coffee powder and honey from Coffee Island, a large chain coffee shop in Greece. When checking in, the hotel gave us a glass of alcoholic lemon welcome drink. The staff is also very friendly. They gave us a map, patiently explained the nearby places to go, and gave us the bus schedule. The hotel is 2 floors high and there is no elevator 🛗. It will be a bit painful to live on the 2nd floor with large luggage. The room design is very environmentally friendly ♻️. At first, I thought the air conditioner was broken and couldn't be turned on. When I walked to the reception, the staff asked me if I had closed the window, and she said that I had to close the window first to turn on the air conditioner. I find it odd that she said that. then she Come to the room to demonstrate, and sure enough, the windows are closed tightly, and the air-conditioning is turned on! This is the first time I have seen a hotel room with this design! So special! There are 3 single beds in the room, which are so wide that you can open 2 large suitcases at the same time. There is a small terrace with 2 chairs 🪑 and a table, which can look out to the street outside the hotel, which is open but not worth admiring. The bathroom is like other Greek hotels, with a small piece of tank glass, and the water will splash and wet the whole bathroom when taking a shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. are available in small bottles of the Fillos of Sea Nature brand. The overall feeling of the room is a bit old, but clean and reasonable. The hotel has a swimming pool, but it is not a heated pool. When I went in June, the water was still a bit freezing. Breakfast is provided and can be enjoyed by the pool. SSanjulaThe location of this hotel is great! Right in front of the beach and close to restaurants and shops ect. Good vibe. Definitely book with breakfast as it was delicious and we enjoyed it. The room it self was basic. We booked a basement triple. The toilet was dated and tiny and very limited space to keep luggage ect. It had a decent courtyard to dry wet clothes. Not very satisfied with the service. The manager recommended a rent car service for 100 euro a day and we found many down the road that offered same for 50 euro a day ( Naxosways), so do not go through the hotel if you are renting a car. When we mentioned this to the manager he shrugged it off. Also no service of carrying luggage to room ect. If you are looking for service I won’t recommend this hotel but it’s a nice place otherwise.

YYankovThere was a slight problem with this reservation, because photos showed one rooms (renovated), and the lowest offer was actually for an annex building, which was mentioned with part of one word, but having in mind the price and location - about 10 minutes walking from a great beach, I can only remember this stay with good. Just one advice - read carefully the room description, so that you actually get what you expected.

The room was very large, studio with four beds and two bedrooms although I only used the one queen bed. The kitchen was ok no kettle but you could boil water on the stove.
