In fact, we have to cancel our reservation a few hours before our arrival.
In terms of time, I understand perfectly that the bill has been charged.
However, that is notified in English pass is a sign of non-respect.

Guest UserA comfortable room. The sea view was boresent in the living room. Very quiet. Air conditioning in the room and baby bed available. Friendly staff. This is positive (although a little cheap for the area)

Guest UserThe hotel is very good and the staff and services are excellent.
No air conditioning in the room and a tolerable limit with the current canicule.
The room was too small with the separate toilets.
The spa is too ”has been” a large lack of renovation (which is not the hotel's overall rating)
