Muro Beach Hotels

Absolutely in line with the five-star standard hotel, although the hotel's pool is a bit small, but my favorite breakfast and service made me very satisfied. The breakfast is very rich, the hand-washed latte and cappuccino are very fragrant, and the dishes are rich in variety. This is what a five-star hotel should look like. From the beginning of your stay, you can feel the enthusiasm of all employees. They are willing to share their work with you. There is also a bottle of mineral water that is provided every day. This is rare in foreign countries. I am pushing 😙.

Good hotel for family with kids because there were nonstop events until post 10pm so it’s quite loud and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable-it’s too soft and squeaky and not giving much support for my back. The breakfast was great, very delicious and healthy and all the fruits were super fresh and sweet and juicy.

Nice hotel to start and return from your bike ride. Meal was delicious considering most people were on half board. Great breakfast and even better dinner. Bigger tables for the group of friends would be nice and juice dispensers should be reconsidered - too many people waiting..

In one word, amazing!!! Perfection of a clean hotel, great staff, perfect location, large and beautiful rooms, I will definitely return to this hotel.

Хороший отель в отличном месте. Отель располагается у лагуны с песчаным пляжем. Но будьте готовы платить 21 евро за 2 лежака и зонтик в день. Плюс 40 евро, если вы хотите зарезервировать за собой конкретные лежаки. Что очень актуально, если вы приехали в высокий сезон. Проезд на такси от аэропорта до отеля обойдется в ~90 евро в одну сторону. Еда вкусная, но немного однообразная. Упор сделан на локальные продукты и в целом на испанскую кухню. Помимо основного ресторана, на территории отеля еще есть 4 тематических ресторана, в которые необходимо записываться заранее. Нам за 8 дней пребывания в отеле удалось попасть только в 3 из них. На завтраки подают Каву :) Номера относительно свежие и чистые, но не хватает тапочек, халатов и гигиенических принадлежностей. Кстати, халаты предлагают купить за 30 евро, если они вам очень нужны :) Еще в душевой плохо уходит вода, но эту проблему сразу же решили после нашей жалобы. Команда анимации отрабатывает на 5+. Вы найдете развлечения на любой вкус в течении дня.

As of June 2025, the hotel is in very good condition. This is a higher-quality than average hotel, although not luxury. Finishings, designs, rooms and maintenance are higher/better than usual. The pool/pathways areas are impecable. Bushes perfectly trimmed, not a leave or fallen flower on the floor. Beautiful and cared for daily. June is a great moment to come to Mallorca as it is already very warm/hot enough to crave pool and beach but not hot enough you don't want to walk around. Also, the amount of people is very reasonable. Come July/August, things change and crowds make everything less enjoyable. Front is nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet (in my case I paid for the immense convenience) fantastic. The beach is a 3-minute walk from the side exit door, just crossing the main street. The beach is fantastic, clean and it barely has any weeds. However, although we did not have issues to find a space, I don't want to be there in July/August as there are around 100 ft from water to the back and I bet it will be more difficult to find a space with a crowd. Hotel location is great as it is right in the main street with plenty food and the typical ”everything” stores within walking distance. We stayed 5 days and didn't need to take the car to go have dinner. The rate was also higher than average but there are plenty reasons why it is fair. Overall, very happy with the stay and every aspect of the hotel.

We stayed for four nights as a group of six people in three rooms. There were some good points: many staff members were friendly, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the restaurant offered a good variety of food. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bath towel in the room was extremely dirty, and I only noticed it after using it. The chair in the room was also full of small hairs, and the lid of the kettle had mould on it. There were also several service and follow-up problems. The safe in the room was not working and was never fixed. We selected the green cleaning policy, which should include free minibar service, but the minibar was never provided or refilled during our stay. We reported this to the front desk four times, but nothing was resolved. Communication also needs improvement. I booked a spa treatment through the app, but when I arrived, I was told it was only a “request” and not a confirmed appointment. In addition, when I called the front desk, my call was cut off before I finished speaking, and this happened twice. Finally, although we booked full board, no drinks were included at dinner, and even still water had to be paid for separately. This was not clearly explained. Overall, the location, food variety and some staff were good, but the repeated cleanliness, maintenance and service issues made the stay fall below expectations.de

It's great! I booked a single room for two meals when traveling alone. There are the following advantages for reference: 1. Great location and car-free friendly. In Alcudia, it is very convenient to go back and forth from the bus terminal/airport in the center of Palma, and the bus is directly accessible! In addition, the beach they reach on foot is also very beautiful jelly sea. 2. The facilities are very good and the environment is clean. There are tables and small refrigerators. The bed is the wide single bed in the picture, and it is not formal to sleep! The bathroom prepared bath towels for me. The terrace is beautiful, with double tables and chairs and drying racks. There is a beautiful lake downstairs, a swimming pool, and singing and dancing activities in the bar area at night. For me, it was great to just enjoy the sunset on the terrace alone. 3. The meal is convenient and the choice is wide. I choose to include breakfast and dinner, no longer have to spend my brain to choose what to eat; I still go out to eat at noon, taking into account the fun of finding food. The picture shows a buffet dinner and breakfast I ate. 4.Staff service is good. They are friendly. For example, I stayed late and dinner was closed, but the front desk and back chef prepared extra dinner for me, thanks for their extra effort!
