Huelva Province Beach Hotels

The facilities and location are good, the staff that works at the hotel, the waiters/waitresses as well as the cooks/waitresses are very friendly and do a great job. The reception staff is not as friendly as I think they should be for the position they hold and the cleaning staff is willing and probably due to an excess of workload, but they do not clean the rooms daily with a minimum, for example, the ashtray on the terrace that was made of glass broke and we spent our entire stay (more than a week) finding glass on the floor. The bench in the room that was used as a storage room always had sand from the beach on it, the side table where we put our glasses, they barely cleaned it, they left a brush in the bathroom and it was there for two days, etc…

Good general conditions Very bad, they clean garden (cut grass and clean) next to the pool and bar on Saturday and Sunday with people trying to rest a week of work and a whole morning to make noise with cut grass, motor-seeds to cut themselves, etc ..... assemble sun hats, etc.. on Saturday and Sunday, this should be done weekly.

A good-value hotel right on the beach. The facilities themselves are fine. Now what I didn't like. We asked for a double bed, and they gave us two single beds pushed together. The air conditioning didn't work at first. The maintenance man came and got it working. What's the problem? It doesn't cool at all. We were very hot in the room. We asked the receptionist if we could change rooms, and she said no. When half the hotel is empty... They gave us a room with a view of the houses behind it, and that might be understandable if there weren't any empty rooms. I think they should be concerned about giving their guests the best experience, if possible, especially if half the hotel is empty.

All hotel excellent would stay again

I think the attention in the dining room during breakfast that is the restaurant service we have used, need to improve it. It cannot be that one person must serve two different rooms at the same time: a cafeteria terrace and a dining room.

De tudo em geral, para nós já não é novidade costumamos passar férias várias vezes durante o ano. Além do apartamento, os jardins e as piscinas são excelentes . Todo o meio envolvente nos transmite paz. Os funcionários são simpáticos e um elogio especial para o João da receção que preza pela sua simpatia e profissionalismo. Em breve , voltaremos.

Nice hotel in the area very close to the beach. The rooms are a bit aged for the price we paid, and the lift is extremely small. It is a bit far from the city centre but 1 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast buffet is nice with plenty of options. A great highlight of this hotel is the Customer Service at the front desk and the comfortable pool, but who wants a pool when the beach is 2 steps away?

The breakfast is very rich. There is a kids' bed in the room. The hotel is suitable for a whole family vacation. The hotel has free parking and the hotel location is easy to find. But it's not good that rooms are not available until 12:00.

The hotel has good facilities. The lunch menu is quite limited; dinner and breakfast are better. At reception, they tricked us into buying a superior room, and when we complained because it wasn't as described, they just shrugged and offered no solution. The all-inclusive package doesn't include a single cocktail. The beach area is practically nonexistent; it's just a promontory, so you have to drive there. However, the pools are nice.

The food, the staff's service, the cleanliness of the facilities, the variety of restaurants... Everything was excellent.
