The location is great with nearby food stall. In front of hotel got a very famous Nasi kandar and mamak stall. The room is clean but bedsheet got some stain, check in also quite easy but only 1 access card is given. I travel with my family and we go out or go back at different timing is a bit hassle with only 1 access card. The building is for office, residence and Airbnb use so security level not high.

The room was spacious and relatively cool. Cleanliness was average. It's close to the airport, but it takes a half-hour drive in the morning (traffic is severe). Cons: The floor is surrounded by businesses and the crowds are mixed, making it feel a bit unsafe and unsafe.
