Very good counter service. Value for money, good location to nearby restaurants. Clean.
Need to spray some small insecticide near wall edge to desktop get rid of very, very small ants.
Replace chair with seat that are not firm (sag).

nice hotel, comfy, tv got online streaming if you book certain room.. but parking is not free, because it open car park and you need to pay to Local bandaraya..

The staff is not okay, they don't even smile. They're not even great. They talk rudely. The hotel is just average. But because it's close to my event location which is spice arena, I'm relieved. The room's air conditioning is not cool enough. If you only use it to sleep, it's recommended. Iron & iron board are provided in the room, plus points for that.
