The hotel is clean and nice.
BUT, there were multiple things that we really got disappointed with:
1. The indoor pool was closed during the whole stay without any notice before.
2. Some prices in the pool bar menu were different from the prices we were actually charged for. (And I'm not talking about the service charge)
3. We've been charged for an extra WIFI package where we never purchased, and this wasn't mentioned during the checkout.

巴統艾美酒店作為巴統最豪華的酒店，房價近2000元一晚，但其實際體驗卻令人大失所望。
首先，房間隔音極差。入住當晚，從半夜12點多直至凌晨兩點多，樓下廣場的喧鬧聲和蹦迪音樂在房間內清晰可聞，嚴重影響了休息。
其次，服務承諾形同虛設。通過平台與酒店協商後，酒店承諾次日可為我們升級至另一側的兩個房間。然而，第二天午後返回酒店時，卻被告知衹剩一間升級房可用，且酒店對此毫無歉意。
再者，客房清潔敷衍至極。房間打掃後，不僅未補充新的地巾和拖鞋，陽台的煙灰缸裏竟還殘留着前一晚的垃圾未清理。我們再三催促後才送來拖鞋，結果質量極其低劣，一穿就破，且與第一晚提供的帶酒店logo的正品拖鞋完全不同。
如此糟糕的軟硬件條件和服務水平，實在難以匹配其“豪華”定位與高昂房價。我們不禁要問：攜程平台究竟依據什麼標準，將這樣名不副實的酒店評為“巴統奢侈榜第一”？
