The hotel is a bit hard to find. Check in on your own. The cleaning lady is very friendly.

I stayed three nights in an apartment in Orbi, and I think I've never seen a dirtier place in my life. Everything was broken, the curtains were dirty and torn, the bed was dirty, not to mention the bathroom. I filed a complaint, but no one came to clean, so I bought the detergent and cleaned myself. I've never seen anything so dirty. The place is truly disgusting.

In Booking, I was going to rate it three stars. But because of the current situation, I'm giving it one star! I'll start from the beginning. Initially, we were given a room that was not the one we ordered. We ordered a room on a high floor with a view of the city and the sea. But we got one on the 9th floor with a view of the construction site. As a result, after long conversations, we managed to get a room on the 27th floor with a normal view through the balcony. The room is half bad, if you don't pay attention to the torn curtains and other nuances. There is no communication at all. We asked to bring breakfast at 9:30, but they brought it to us an hour earlier, knocking on the door and waking us up, although they said that we could choose a time from 8 to 11. In principle, after reading other reviews on Google, we were still lucky. And in general, I could have given more stars. But there is one thing. When I went to Booking to write them a review, I saw that it had already been written for me. I don't know how they did it. 5 stars were given and in the description there is something that I would not have written at all. I have already submitted a request to booking so that they could explain how this is even possible.

"orbi" ist nicht für Menschen geeignet. Unserer Urlaub wurde verdorben. Das Zimmer war MEGA dreckig und abgenutzt . Bettwäsche waren dreckig und mit Löcher, genauso wie Badetücher. Versprochenes Frühstück existiert nicht. Check in gibt´s nicht. Wir haben ne Stunde verloren bis wir ein Büro gefunden haben, in dem wir Geld bezahlt habe. Akzeptiert ist nur in bar und ohne Rechnung . Den Fahrstuhl kann man um ne Stunde warten. Einschlafen ist unmöglich. Ab Mitternacht wir geschrien, gepfiffen und geschossen.

В целом впечатление негативное. 1. Не могли заселиться, т.к. из-за огромного количества гостей работники на ресепшене просто теряют записи о заселении. Необходимо связываться с владельцем, снова подтверждать бронь, все происходит медленно. 2. У отеля нет никакой парковки, она стихийная (впрочем как и во всем городе). Машину поставили примерно в 800 метрах от отеля. 3. Часть помещений в здании в стадии строительства, также стройка идет на прилегающей территории, всё обнесено металлическим забором, грязно, разбитые тротуары. Вблизи нет пешеходных переходов через улицу отделяющую набережную и территорию отеля. 4. Не смотря на ремонт некоторых помещений и частей здания, у него уже есть проблемы: где-то течь коммуникаций и сырость с плесенью, из 6 лифтов работают только 3 или 4 максимум. В апартаментах также сломана часть фурнитуры - крючки, вешалки и т.д. 5. Из-за неработающих лифтов образуются очереди на подъем. Можно ожидать до 30 минут. 6. Может включаться аварийная вентиляция, в этом случае лифт не работает. Что делать не понятно, администратор отеля и владелец не дали ответ когда заработает лифт и не объяснили какие необходимо предпринять действия. При этом на аварийной лестнице не работает освещение. Как выбраться с 45 этажа непонятно. Категорически не рекомендую для отдыха с детьми.
