We love the stay… really enjoy the view from the sky dining… easy access to jatim park and all not a quiet area but still acceptable

Clean room comfy bed complete amenities clean bathroom nice service all staff , pool at roof top is a plus. thanks to bellboy staff ROVi , Fast check in and Delicious brf . Its enjoyable stay. For lil advice maybe having lil playground or kids corner wil be nicer .

Stay for 3 nights and the make up room not as per international hotel association standard. Toilet tiles and flooring not clean enough. There are 2 type shower but 1 only can be use. Call for technicians twice but never show up.

New hotel in batu. Overall is nice. The only downside is parking lot. They provide shuttle to go to parking lot, which is troublesome if it's a rainy day.

- The hotel near the main road, bcoz my room facing the road so it’s a quiet noisy & the room not soundproofing so i can hear the next door speak. - The staff are polite & friendly. - Indoor swimming pool. - Not many choices for breakfast

Brand newest hotel in batu, still 2 months operated , so i get the early bird price.. the sky floor hasn't open yet, they said it will has jacuzzi
