I rented the hotel for two consecutive days with separate reservations. On the first day, the cleanliness was perfect, impeccable in fact. On the second reservation, I was unhappy when I arrived at the room because it was clearly not cleaned as it should have been. However, I requested a room change at the reception, which promptly resolved the problem by redirecting me to another room that was in a different cleaning condition. I noticed that the cleaning of the rooms varies according to the subclassifications of the rooms. On the first day, we stayed in a high-level room, which is why it was impeccable. Other than that, everything was great.
I still recommend it, because the quality of the service is exceptional and if there is any problem, the staff will solve it as soon as possible.

Room very comfortable.
I arrived at midnight and the reception looked sleepy. The good thing is, the reception girls in the morning were very welcoming.
Also, there’s a £5 security deposit, which took quite a well for me to understand when checking in.

Everything was perfect. Nice, clean, big, well decorated room. The quality of the bed was particularly outstanding. Perfect location to explore Bath on foot. The breakfast was also good!

This hotel was really poor.I booked a queen and the bed was a small double. Eye small room very overpriced felt like a premier inn. Very very disappointed
