A nice hotel. Need to pay deposit when arrive. Easy to get food around.

The hotel locates at the city centre. It is convenient to go to the Nagora hill mall. The hotel is new and very clean.

Overall good for business guys, not quite ideal for families . Overall service was ideal and security is excellent, front office Mr Arief's was impeccable !!!

It’s affordable with great location and service. Just surprised that there’s no mini fridge in the room. But for a 3 night stay, it was more than good enough. The room was extremely clean and the food at the cafe they have at the top floor served really good food!

The hotel is well-equipped, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy, and the hotel is in a great location. With its industrial-style design, the stay was very comfortable. What truly stands out is the attitude of the staff — professional, always smiling, and dedicated. This is definitely a hotel worth recommending!

Pros: 1) Good Location: The location is near to the nagoya mall and about 10 mins drive frm the grand batam mall. 2) Standard room size: Decent for 2 person Cons: 1) The sound proof not very good, you will easily get distracted by the traffic outside or the other hotel guests. 2) Do bring your own hairdryer because they wont provide any

Everything was good. Except the pillow abit too high haha. But cheers to the excellent service n clean room

The hotel is walking distance within 5mins to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. There are also many roadside eatery within 10mins walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommend. However they do not have connecting rooms hence big families with young children will have to request for rooms close-by.

Very New Hotel, Everything is new. Too bad, the pillows were too thick. should be 2 softer pillow + 2 current pillow. The hotel room not sound proof, even from the 8th floor, the noise of the motorcycle were so noisy. Overall is a very good hotel.

Dirtiest hotel that I had ever stayed in. Was given a room and found some brown stains and hair on the towels and bed sheets. Requested for a change in room, but was told there was no other rooms available. They gave us the option to downgrade our room but refused to return us the price difference. They eventually managed to change our room but the other room was as dirty as the first - we found blood stains on bedsheets and brown spots on the towels…. There was no other rooms and it was getting very late so we just requested for a change in bedsheets and towels. Lastly, the sound proofing of the room is terrible.

stayed at this hotel few times, location is alright as it is opposite nagoya mall, particularly like shopping at nogoya bcos of the informa store which carries many home living products

The hotel is in a great location, which makes getting around very convenient. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, the only downside was that there was no hairdryer provided in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a pleasant stay with just a small issue that could be easily fixed.
