Great hostel, short walk to the beach and we saw lots of red frogs plus a sloth in the garden. Staff brilliant, full of good information and really helpful. Food generally nice and for panama not too expensive even though there are so few other food options. Nice bar with happy hour. They have free meditation in the morning plus some yoga classes for a small fee which are really good. An excellent choice in boco

Son unos timadores. Muy mala atención al cliente. Piscina muy muy sucia. Pedimos 2 toallas para asearnos y no nos las dieron. Nuestra reserva tenía desayuno incluído pero no nos lo dieron porque según ellos no tenían cocina. Dijeron que nos devolverían 18 USD por ello pero nunca se llevó a cabo, ni contestan, ni dan la cara. Al no tener restaurante tampoco pudimos cenar ya que a las 7 era de noche y diluviaba y no pudimos ir a ningún lado así. No te avisan de eso para que no puedas cancelar. Mucho ruido de música que no te deja descansar. Muy mala relación calidad-precio.

Uno de los mejores hoteles insertos en plena selva. El restaurante es bueno. La atención de garzones (sobre todo Felipe) y recepción 10/10. Me encantó que tenga un sendero interno directo a la playa de red frog donde pudimos ver muchas ranitas rojas.

$3 Snickers???
It is called Selina at red frog beach....it is not on the beach....it is 20 min walk to the beach....a snickers bar is $3 and drinks $8 , pancakes $11 and the 10 min boat to get there is $7 each...that is a joke. We will never go back. A big rip off.

Jungle Paradise
I love Selina Red Frog - very beautiful jungle location and great decor. Have stayed here at least 3 times when visiting Panama. Not right on the beach, but the A/C makes it worth it. The service at the restaurant was ridiculously terrible. I do not have words to describe how indifferent, slow and rude our waitress was. But don't let this stop you from staying here. Eat somewhere else.

Nice private room with AC and hostel vibes
We had a great stay and even decided to stay an additional night. We had a private room with AC, which was excellent! The room was silent and we enjoyed it a lot! Super friendly staff and lots of activities to mix up the guests.
If you are too old for dorms but still love the hostel atmosphere and vibes (like we do at the age of 45), get a private room at Selina Red Frog - it´s a perfect combination.
