Location. Near the conference hall. The service is kind and helpful.

Good: Room is clean. Disappointment: Mini bar is provided upon request. I requested twice and the staff promised to provide, however it was not fulfilled.

Check in was quick and we were given the Basel card for free tram use. It was so convenient and easy to move around. There were food places near the hotel including supermarket.

Very close to the convention center. Convenient for travel, the old hotel is trustworthy. Recommended for business travel. Because of the surrounding exhibitions, you can book a little earlier. The price will be more suitable.

This hotel is the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in! Just like 7 Days Inn, Home Inn, and Hanting in China! The price is still Marriott's price! The hotel has no parking lot, the parking lot is far away, 50 Swiss francs a day! The hotel has no porters, no service! The room is also very bad! Don't be fooled like me, don't stay there!

The hotel is in Little Basel. Although it is not the old town, it is not far away. There is a tram just outside the door. A free Basel card is provided. The museum is half price and the bus is free. It is very convenient. The room is new and comfortable. Although the Chinese service is not available , but it did not affect communication. When you go out, you are right at the convention and exhibition center, which means that you will get a free bed.

I don’t know where it got so many good reviews. The hotel service was extremely poor. The check-in staff was probably new. After waiting for half an hour, they didn’t give me the room card. The room I was given had a smell. I asked them to tell them that it was because of the weather🤷♀️I said I wanted to see other rooms. , and reluctantly changed my room. On the second day after I checked in, my money was inexplicably deducted. I went to the front desk and said it was her colleague's mistake yesterday. She said that it would be refunded to the card as soon as possible after check-out. I'm sorry. There was no definite attitude at all. Three hours after checking out, I still didn’t receive a message. When I asked to pick up my luggage, they still looked impatient! Not recommended hotel
