En las habitaciones habían cucarachas. Tome videos y fotografías para mostrarle al personal a cargo y a la entidad para la que trabajo. Sin embargo, no hubo soluciones de fondo por parte de Ibis. Solo se limitaron a enviarme una merienda a mi habitación como forma de "disculparse" aceptando el inconveniente, pero el problema es realmente de fondo. Me hospedé en la habitación 658 y mis compañeros de trabajo en el piso 4 y tuvieron los mismos problemas. Es el colmo que se presente esta situación y que sea tan indiferente para el equipo administrativo del lugar pues no es una tarifa económica lo que se paga por noche.

It’s was just ok— this place charge tax even though I don’t live in Colombia 20+ years ago. They do not educate front desk about biometric that don’t require seal passport.
