Clean hotel Near public transportation Quiet location M8crowave is missing in the Lobby/ sitting room !

The room smells like **** and they sent me a super suspicious link to pay upfront ,otherwise you don’t get the access code to the hotel,plus the cleaning lady has terrible attitude,knocks on your door at 10am everyday even if you say you don’t need cleaning service,the check out time is 11am,and at 10:30 the cleaning lady forces herself in when I was naked even after I said no 5 times,terrible experience,I will never book this hotel again.

Very Disappointing Stay - Not a 4-Star Hotel I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet the standards of a 4-star establishment. Based on my experience, it felt more like a 2-star or 3-star hotel at best. Here are my specific complaints: Reception: When I arrived at 1am, the reception was completely unmanned. There was no staff available, and I had to check myself in, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4-star. Even throughout my entire stay, I never saw any staff at the reception, which made me feel like I was staying at a much lower-tier establishment. Amenities: The room was severely lacking in basic amenities. There was no mini-bar, not even complimentary drinking water. To make matters worse, there were no toiletries provided—not even soap, a toothbrush, or any of the essentials you’d expect. Additionally, I was not provided with a bathrobe or slippers, which are standard in 4-star hotels. To top it off, the room had cheap plastic cups instead of proper glass ones, which only added to the overall feeling of a budget hotel. Internet: The internet connection was unreliable and kept disconnecting throughout my stay, making it difficult to work or relax online. Overall: I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a genuine 4-star experience.

Very close to metro station. The room is clean and big. Smart TV is provided that you can watch netflix. Very nice stay in Barcelona and deserve another booking when we visit this city again.

Easy check-in. I love how it was all digital. Location was close to the metro which made it easy to get to the Sagrada Familia. It's a bit further out from a lot of the main attractions but with two metro stops nearby it was easy to navigate too. There were cute little coffee shops nearby too as well. Looked to be a safe neighborhood.

The location is very convenient, 5 minutes by walk from metro station Navas, which goes directly to the city center (around 10 minutes) Residental neighborhood, quiet and safe building with a coin laundry next door and a snack vending machine Rooms well equipped with amenities (soap, shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer), working space with an outlet, a nice touch with a coffee machine (coffee and tea provided) and a goodies gift 😊 Clean and modern hallways, spotless clean room with a nice balcony overlooking the courtyard, lots of common spaces for coworking indoor and outdoor A 24/7 small convenience store nearby Great for both short and long term stay, it has everything you need

Great hotel for a short stay in Barcelona, ​​I really like the location, it is already a residential area, quiet and clean, but there are enough cafes and restaurants, the metro is nearby, the center is a few stops away! Also, the room is always clean, cozy and good, there is almost everything you need, a hair dryer, shower accessories, a coffee machine, a kettle, tea and coffee, a small refrigerator, disposable cups, enough towels, there is even an iron and ironing board! I would really like a corkscrew in the room))) Also a very nice common area with tables and chairs where you can have a snack, but I would like some minimal dishes and a microwave, it would be much more convenient! Check-in at the hotel is completely remote using codes that are sent when the room is ready, it would also be more convenient if the general code from the door was sent earlier, so that you could wait for the room to be ready at a table on the first floor, and not on the street near the door or in a nearby cafe. Overall I recommend this hotel, I have stayed there 3 times already and am very happy!

But because there are no staff, the alarm suddenly sounded at 5 o'clock in the morning. I don’t know what the reason is. I don’t know whether it is a fire alarm, a ******** alarm or an earthquake. I rely entirely on my own judgment and no one dares to go out. No one has dealt with it until the alarm stopped by itself at 6 o'clock. It was a very bad and terrible experience, but fortunately nothing happened. No email was received later to explain this incident. Luggage cannot be stored. It is said that there is a cooperative storage point, which requires a fee and some discounts, but the fee is unknown. It is still very inconvenient not to be able to store luggage. There is no breakfast to be booked, and there are very few hotels around. In short, the living experience is not good, and I will not live again next time. The advantages are that the rooms are newer, the space is large, and the public space is also spacious.
