The location is great. The staff is very friendly. The room is clean. Internet connection very bad...

It was good but rooms were very cold. They just provided a very think sheet to pul over in the night with one pillow.

Management did not rectify wifi issue. No WiFi was available during the stay in early June 2023, sigh for being unable to get the basic right as a hostel. Frontline staff were also helpless on this. Hostel provides luggage storage at charge of €2.

Excellent location to discover and explore all that Barcelona has to offer. Service and cleanliness is very good.

This is the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. I booked a private room for 4 people, but there was no hot water in the shower. On the first day, I took a shower in another room. The staff said it would be fixed tomorrow, but it was still not fixed the next day! There is no solution, no room change or compensation! All of this is unacceptable to me! It's really terrible! Totally not recommended for stay! Great location! Everything else sucks

The facilities are fine, as is the cleanliness. I only stayed one day, so I can't say much more. The only thing I didn't like was that they only give you a sheet, and if you want a blanket, you have to pay for it. When I went, it was cold. They told me there was heating, but it was just a hot-cold air conditioner that didn't work properly. It wasn't very comfortable.

The location is very good in the Gothic Quarter. It's about a 14-minute walk to the bus terminal (A1) for the airport. There are many shops around. There are tourists wandering around until late at night, so it doesn't feel dangerous. However, 8 beds are crammed into a small room, and there is almost no space to open suitcases. In an 8-person room, it is difficult to open one suitcase. You will have to cooperate with others to temporarily secure space. It is very narrow. There is one toilet and one shower in the 8-person room. There is one shared toilet (separate for men and women) at one time. The price is cheap, so it is good for just sleeping. The beds are solidly made. Card-operated locks and personal lockers can be opened with a card. (Deposit required, cards OK) The front desk is open 24 hours a day

Good evening, at the beginning the front office crew were kind, warm and attentive to the customer, the rooms were clean, airy and air-conditioned, good location in the center of Rambla Boulevard

Bathroom door damaged, cistern clogged, room very poor, constant noise from ducts or pipes. It would be normal if it had a hostel price, but the prices are ridiculously high in this city.

Be careful when booking, I had to pay the entire reservation with my card on the trip platform, once I arrived she asked me to pay a deposit with my bank card (it was not on me) , I asked to pay cache, through a friend, the trip advisors we called to find a solution, but nothing the guy at the reception wanted to know anything, reached an impasse with him, I asked a refund, because I did not cancel and I went to reception and he refused, this is my experience in this establishment

The surrounding area is old and dirty. The room is small. There is no small light at the bedside. The public activity area is small. I have stayed in so many youth hostels. This is not the worst one, but it is ranked third.

In itself a good cheap option, but the features leave something to be desired.

I have to be honest, reading some reviews I had very poor expectations... I changed my mind😊 The hostel is very pleasant, friendly staff, TOP location, everything close and within reach, you can reach almost all the attractions of Barcelona on foot I highly recommend it 10
