Bad things:
1. I was not informed that breakfast would be cheaper when I checked in, so when I wanted to have breakfast the next day, I found that it was the original price and I didn't want to buy it. 2. I called in the evening to ask if I could send two bottles of water. The front desk lady was not very nice. She said no directly, you have to go downstairs to buy it, 3 euros a bottle, without a single polite word.
3. Check-in was too late at 3 pm, and the efficiency was extremely low and it took a long time. It might be because of manual input of information.
Good things: Good location, the hotel is located above the train and subway station, with floor-to-ceiling windows and good views. There is a delicious cafe called Mood cafe nearby. The hotel lobby has a welcome iced fruit tea, which is not bad. The two game consoles are also very retro, and it takes you back to childhood.

Since I booked a train to Granada at 6:00 in the morning, I booked this hotel at the train station. Although it is in the train station building, it is very quiet, clean and tidy, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. Overall, I am very satisfied.
