Chic & Basic Zoo

The location is ideal, the reception is done at the back in the hotel. There is an area to have tea or coffee and some lotus-style biscuits. The room is a bit narrow, the one I requested was far from noise was, but during the day there is the sound of an industrial extractor. The bathroom is very large with a bathtub, I would have liked to have one to take a bath. But the sink to wash my hands was in terrible condition. Undoubtedly the material is not suitable for the use it has. I appreciate that you can leave your suitcases at the hotel outside of check-out hours 🙏🏽 because the day I went was a holiday and everything was closed. Remarkable attention from the hotel reception, especially to Facu 🇦🇷 who I saw both when I arrived and when I left. When I returned at dawn, unfortunately I found vomit in the hallway on the way to my room and in the patio the door was open, and on the floor a pile of tangerine peels. Obviously this is something uncivil and not a hotel issue. But seeing that there are cameras in the hallway, the "people" responsible for these unkind behaviors could do something.

Convenient location

A relatively inexpensive hotel for Barcelona with its own concept. Very cool location, you can walk to all the main attractions, to Barceloneta beach - 20 minutes. Helpful staff, good breakfast. A nice compliment in the form of a shopper and lollipops 🙃

Hotel essenziale in ottimo posizione. Camere abbastanza pulite e di recente costruzione La posizione è ottimale (di fronte alla Cittadella e proprio all’entrata del Bario Gotico) Consigliato per una vacanza di 3 o 4 notti La reception si trova in un’altra struttura a un minuto a piedi dall’hotel
