The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the metro station （L3）, making it safe and convenient. It's also very close to the Gràcia district, where you can experience the local lifestyle of Barcelona. The hotel prepared a lovely honeymoon welcome decoration in our room, and each guest receives a welcome drink upon check-in （assumed this should be applied to all guests）. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The bathroom lacked a ventilation system, so even with a window, it felt humid, especially after showering, which led to unpleasant odors. Additionally, the hairdryer was quite outdated and would automatically shut off after one minute. If you have long hair, it's advisable to check with the hotel in advance about borrowing a different hairdryer or bringing your own.

When I was choosing the hotel, I read the reviews beforehand and had doubts. But when I checked into the hotel, my doubts disappeared! From the airport I took the Aeroexpress bus to Plaza Catalunya, from there I walked straight up a fashionable street for about 40 minutes to the hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 10:30, but check-in was after 15:00. Luckily, the previous guest had already checked out and the room had been cleaned, and I was kindly checked in early. I would like to say a special word about the very very polite staff, especially Dmitry. I read the reviews and now I understand that people can be very capricious, and how could they write about bad staff, if they do everything possible for you and for your convenience. Everything was clean in the room, I liked everything. The room had everything you need, Wi-Fi worked well. What are the disadvantages? The hotel was far from my places of visit, but nearby, a little higher, is the metro station green lines Vallcarca. 3 minutes walk from the metro and you are at the hotel. I fell in love with Barcelona, I fell in love with its people, thank you very much to the hotel staff for making my holiday even better!

Nice and clean hotel, in a quieter neighborhood but well-connected to the city centre by public transport

Good location. Cleanliness could be improved. The walls are also very thin, you can hear traffic from the outside and sounds from other rooms.

We picked this location because it’s close to Park Guell and Gracia area. It is convenient to reach anywhere in Barcelona by taking the bus and metro nearby.

We spent five days in Barcelona and booked this hotel. We thought it’s closed to Park Guell. Indeed, it’s not that close, quite far away. 1. Not closed to metro. But supermarkets are nearby. 2. Hotel room is average. Not up to 4-star vs 4 stars hotel in Asia. 3. Surprisingly hotel would shut down air-con even the weather is still 28 degree census. It’s unacceptable. Think about it b4 booking.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful, and check-in is smooth. While it’s slightly removed from the city center, public transport is nearby, making it easy to get around. Great value for a peaceful stay away from the crowds.

Very good location easy to access Metro and buses, and close to key attraction sites, good service by the staff, good breakfasts with lots of of choices, highly recommend!

It was a wonderful hotel experience. Excellent service from the front office. Not only able to offer some local advice for dining, but they also communicate with an warm and welcoming attitude. The hotel is close to metro and shopping street while a number of great restaurants are nearby. Outstanding! Highly recommended. Thank you for the hotel of creating a nice memory.

In general the facility of the hotel is not bad. The service from the reception is very nice and location is good. It’s very convenient. You just take a taxi or Metro to another place everything seems good to me, but the most critical point for me is that the waterflow from the tap and showerhead is extremely slow for which I feel really unsatisfied I hope the hotel can take it seriously for all the clients and next time it can be improved
