Friendly staff. Helped with booking taxi to airport as we had to leave quite early in the morning. Free upgrade to suite so that was nice. The place was quite clean and big.

There is need to update some of the hotel facilities, including room furniture. Cleaning services must improve. This was very disappointing. Staff are friendly. Location is good. Breakfast has variety of options. Overall, I was expecting a better hotel based on prior reviews and description.

Quand on te met dans.une chambre à côté d'une route très bruyante avec une avenue et un lit inconfortables pendant 3 jours un ascenseur en travaux c'est pas digne pour un hôtel

部屋が下水のような匂いがしました。
他の部屋に変えてほしいと伝えましたが、空いてないと言われ部屋を変えることができませんでした。
消臭スプレーのようなものを渡されて空気の入れかえをしましたが、
2泊3日とても不快でした。
立地も良くて、雰囲気がいいだけにとても残念でした。
