Super lovely hotel. The staff is one of a kind, warm and helpful. Location is superb cuz its so close to one of my favorite areas in Barcelona, which is the El Born area. Its in front of the beautiful beach port so the view up on the terrace bar is awesome. Also, get some time to walk around the port area and park. The breakfast was so so to me. Quite pricey (32eu) for what the have. Rather you should go to Bobo or Hoffman nearby for some nice croissants. One down side is the cords and not right next to the bed stand. It was underneath which was quite inconvenient, compared to where a lot of hotels has the usb plugs right by the bed these days

Wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. The location is fabulous - walking distance to all the top sites and so many great restaurants! The staff is excellent and goes out of their way to help with any requests! The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The beds are comfortable - always important! The rooftop bar and restaurant is a quiet oasis from hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoying a cocktail while watching the sunset is nothing short of perfection! Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Barcelona!

Serras is a small boutique hotel with excellent service, food, and accommodations. It is in a great location with the best rooftop views - where we enjoyed drinks every night! Sandra, the breakfast manager, went above and beyond to get to know us and anticipate our needs. It was home away from home!

We booked the Serras based on the glowing review from a family member. The cost per night is more than twice what we would normally pay for a hotel in a similar city but we decided to splurge. The location is perfect near the yacht harbor and surrounded by small tapas restaurants. Room 205 was spacious, quiet, and well appointed. A/C could cool it to any desired temperature and wifi was fast and reliable. Everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean. Service was exceptional, from the sparkling wine offered at reception when we checked in to the person who always jumped up to open the heavy front door. The view from the rooftop garden was stunning and there was a pool up there that we did not use. Nightly turn down service, like on a cruise ship, left a small sweet for us every night. The breakfast buffet included sweets cold meats and cheeses and cooked to order selection. Service was more like a restaurant than a buffet. We stayed 3 days and almost immediately, the staff called us by name. We are not sure we would spend that much again but we have no regrets from our wonderful stay at the Serras.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a wonderful location. We stayed 3 night pre cruise and loved every minute. We arrived in the morning after an overnight flight and were able to check into our room early. You know the minute you walk in the door this is a special place. You check in while seated and offered beverages and chocolate and a cool towel. Augustina (I think I spelled that correctly was friendly, they stored our luggage while we had a walk around the neighborhood. We booked our lovely room with the breakfast included - don’t miss this. Sandra will take the best care of you. She should be teaching courses on customer service. What a charming, lovely person. The rooms are extremely quiet and the beds are very comfortable. We slept 13 hours our first night - I can’t remember sleeping that long. The bathrooms are modern with all the essentials. The rooftop pool, bar and restaurant is a wonderful place to unwind. Francisco and Marta took great care of us. We enjoyed sipping Cava and having light meals there.
