Hospitable team, efficient services and great location away from the crowed tourism center while still being convenient for everything. Will stay again next time coming to Diagonal area.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hospitality received at reception makes a good start of the whole trip especially after a 16h long flight.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. location was great too, a lot of food establishments nearby, and a laundromat is 5-mins walk away. Room is spacious and clean, would highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you're in Barcelona.

The hotel is located in the new district. I booked a high-floor room. From the side of the room window, I could see the Sagrada Familia (still under construction, several cranes under construction spoil the view.), and the Sacred Heart Church on the opposite mountain in the distance. The corridor overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. The restaurant staff is arrogant. The cleaning lady is nice

The worst hotel on this trip. Poor hygiene. On the first day of check-in, I found that the coffee cups on the bar in the room were not washed after the previous guest drank coffee. The hotel is very stingy. They only give each person a small bottle of drinking water every day, and charge for more. The previous three hotels we stayed in all provided unlimited drinking water. In contrast, this Sheraton hotel is expensive but has poor service. They don’t even fry eggs for breakfast. The location is far from the main attractions.

Very clean hotel, kind and helpful staff, large rooms with everything you need, comfort and proximity to the center make it excellent, highly recommended.

I booked a barrier-free twin room, but the wheelchair could not enter the bathroom. In the end, I had to remove the door. I was a little disappointed.

The room is small and the location is not very good, a little far from the attractions in the city center. We checked in on Valentine's Day and a small box of chocolates was prepared in the room for us, which was very thoughtful.
