The apartment is very clean and spacious. It feels like a newly renovated apartment. It is about 25 mins taxi journey from airport. Major places of attraction are either within walking distance or within 30 mins taxi journey. There should be subway and bus stations nearby but I did not try. There are big lockers at the 4th floor (free for residents) so you could leave your luggage there after check out. I had asked a number of questions by email before check in and had got very quick response. A very pleasant stay!

Aspasios did not send me the pre-check in link to key in our passports info. Data signal is weak at the apartment for us to enter the check in data.

The location is very convenient. It's just a few steps from the door to Gracia Street. Various shops and scenic buildings are lined up. Casa Batlló passes by every day. It's convenient to take R2N to the airport directly. It's not far from Plaza Catalunya. It takes a long time for the air conditioner to start cooling in summer, more than an hour, which is very different from China. But I contacted someone to check and adjust and informed the reason, as well as the method of use in the next few days. It went smoothly!
