My experience was good here

I did the reservation which it showed to be double bed for individual use which means double bed for an alone person, I had been making reservations through trip.com since years and many many hotels, never happened to me like in this one, they gave me individual room with individual bed claiming that in their system was written individual bed but that system only them can access so I didn't understood what it means that they overcharged me for a double bed room and tell me this sh*t justify, I asked for partial reemborsen he told me will speak to the manager and when I came back in the night to pick up my luggage he was no clue about to give me back my money, I was needed to stay another night so I payed and then they told me it's okay we will give you a bigger room this time, but it is not the solution because still that room was overpriced and cheating the guest with fake information it's not fixable at the last minute with a bigger room. I claimed money partially return they said no, so now I am with trip.com fighting together to make them do the things how should be, in Barcelona these kind of places they try to take your money claiming be reasonable.

The hotel looks like an old big house. The elevator in the building is manual and needs to be closed before it can be started. If you haven't tried it before, you must try it! When booking a room, be careful to check whether the room is a private bathroom or a shared bathroom. I wanted to book a private bathroom, but when the order was confirmed, it turned out to be a shared bathroom! The water heater in this hotel is a storage-type water heater. It takes more time to boil water, otherwise it will not be hot enough or there will not be enough hot water! Also, the socket of the shower head is installed too high to be used. You need to hold the shower head with your hands to shower, which is a bit inconvenient to wash your hair!

Positive: rather well located, very friendly person at the day reception, air-conditioned Negative: very worn room and common area, not very comfortable bedding, no possibility of breakfast

The girl who works at the reception she is disrespectful , the room temperature is high. Constant inconvenience. I will not go there again.

정말 기대안했는데 너무 깨끗하고 좋아서 편하게 쉬거 갔어요 엘리베이터가 오래되서 살짝 불안했는데 역시나 고장나서 계단으로 다닌거 불편했지만 체크아웃때 짐은 들어주셔서 그나마 다행이에요 그거 빼곤 다 만족

Отель приятно удивил, все чисто и без лишнего, заселили ночью без каких либо проблем, однозначно стоит своих денег, хоть и квадратура достаточно скромная, но для жизни сойдет)
