Located in lively Poblenou: beach, Rambla del Poblenou, restaurants and great transport just minutes away. IMPORTANT: We do not accept groups of guests under 25 years old (families are welcome). The tourist tax is not included in the price. Layout (duplex) Ground floor: Living–dining room with clearly separated areas (sofa, TV, poufs; large dining table with chairs). Spacious independent kitchen, fully equipped. Renovated full bathroom with a large corner shower. Bedroom 1 with two single beds. Upper floor (stairs from the living room): Main bedroom with queen bed and large wardrobes. Safety handrail. Large ceiling fan for extra comfort. Fully equipped kitchen: Coffee maker, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer and complete cookware/utensils. Plenty of space to cook comfortably. Comfort & connectivity: Air conditioning and heating, high-speed Wi-Fi. Although it’s a ground-floor unit, the apartment is very bright. Access & building: Ground floor with step-free access. 24/7 self check-in via electronic smart lock (no extra cost). Location – Poblenou: Modern neighborhood a short walk from Bogatell and Mar Bella beaches, with a great local vibe and food scene. Rambla del Poblenou is just a few minutes away. Excellent connections: metro L4 (Poblenou / Selva de Mar), tram T4, and several bus lines to the city center. Included: Bed linen and 2 towels per person (bath + hand). Initial courtesy kit (amenities and toilet paper). Legal note: due to regulations, we do not provide food items (water, oil, salt, coffee, tea, etc.). Any replenishment during the stay is the guest’s responsibility. Security deposit (Swikly): Completed before arrival via secure link. No upfront charge (authorization only). 1% Swikly fee paid by the guest upon accepting the authorization. In case of damage: charge for the corresponding amount + 5.6% management fee. If everything is fine, the authorization expires and data are deleted (max. 10 days). Must be completed no later than one month before check-in. House rules (responsible tourism): No groups under 25 (families are welcome). Absolutely no bachelor or bachelorette parties (stag/hen parties). No smoking. No pets. No parties or events and quiet hours from 22:00. Breaches may lead to eviction and loss of the deposit. Guest support: Full privacy with 24/7 assistance whenever you need it.
