The space: Private terrace with lounge area and two sun loungers; access from the living room and primary bedroom. 3 double bedrooms, each with two single beds (configurable), wardrobes and good natural light. Sleeps up to 8: 6 in beds + two sofa beds in the living room for the 7th and 8th guests. 2 full bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower, the other with a large bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, oven, microwave, cooktop, fridge-freezer, full cookware). A/C and central heating throughout. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi. Access & building: New residential building with elevator. 24/7 self check-in via electronic smart lock (no extra cost). Location – Poblenou: Just minutes on foot from Bogatell, Mar Bella and Nova Icària beaches. Rambla del Poblenou with cafés and restaurants is around the corner. In the 22@ creative/tech district. By night, admire Torre Glòries (formerly Torre Agbar) and its iconic illumination. Getting around: Metro L4 (yellow): Poblenou, Llacuna and Selva de Mar (fast links to Barceloneta, El Born and Passeig de Gràcia). Tram T4 along Diagonal (handy for Fòrum/Glòries). Bus: V27, H14, 136 and more to the center and beaches. Bike & e-scooter rentals widely available; dedicated bike lanes throughout the area. On foot: beach and Rambla del Poblenou in minutes. Included: Bed linen and 2 towels per person (bath + hand). Initial courtesy kit (amenities and toilet paper). Legal note: due to regulations, we do not provide food items (water, oil, salt, coffee, tea, etc.). Any replenishment during the stay is the guest’s responsibility. Security deposit (Swikly): Completed before arrival via secure link. No upfront charge (authorization only). 1% Swikly fee paid by the guest upon accepting the authorization. In case of damage: charge for the corresponding amount + 5.6% management fee. If everything is fine, the authorization expires and data are deleted (max. 10 days). Must be completed no later than one month before check-in. House rules (responsible tourism): No groups under 25 (families are welcome). Absolutely no bachelor or bachelorette parties (stag/hen parties). No smoking indoors. No pets. No parties or events and quiet hours from 22:00. Breaches may lead to eviction and loss of the deposit.
