Fantastic vacation , thanks to the hospitality . visited during 2nd week of November . Light snowfall with ice all around . Everything was LIT from breakfast to supper . Keep it up !

The property undoubtedly is amazing with good food, spacious rooms, good views, awesome pool, steam, warm staff. Not sure if it’s worth Rs.80k to Rs.100k per night. Being at a height there are many steps to climb up & down but we did see wheel chair facility. Special mention of team members - Junaid, restaurant manager & server Hilal who were very hospitable & took great care of our food. Strongly recommend their Kashmiri thali enough to feed 4 people. Team at reception Waseem & pool (clicked pics for us) was very good. Thanks to Zahida at reservations for being responsive. Happened to meet Kaiser, their procurement head, who was so friendly & guided us through our stay in Gulmarg. Kashmiri musician Wasim Yusuf performed very well. Heating system was very nice

This was my first solo Khyber Trip But all is going to credit Irfan Hussan from Front Office , nice person he is really Gem Irfan have helped me a lot about exploring the Beautiful paradise, he was always smiling me and feel me a Happy Property is very nice Rooms ambience as well and Infrastructure well maintained by Staff Thank you Khyber family I will definitely come with my all friend cricle again❤️❤️❤️

Khyber is located in a Mesmerising Surroundings of the snow capped Himalayas. We visited on the 11th -13th Feb 2025 and experienced live snowfall and snow at resort level. The hospitality at Khyber is exceptional. Me and my husband were travelling with 3 kids 11 years, 8 years & 3 years. We availed a Docter on call service for my 8year Daughter. She got altitude sickness I think but with his prescription she was fine overnight and we did not miss any of our Fun. The view and the ambience is astonishing. From checkin to checkout at Khyber , everything was full of Comfort , Love, Support & Kindness . Best wishes!

I visited Khyber with my family in February and stayed for 3 nights in the Premier Plus room. The resort is superlative across all parameters - room quality, ambience, food and above all, service. Each & every member of the staff across levels make you feel like home. The view from anywhere in the property (including the gym) is stunning. A stay here, especially during winters, should definitely be in your bucket list.

Worst service in dinner....only vips are entertained and not normal people as they fail to provide basic glass of water or roti...we have to wait for hours to get basic service during dining so better be prepared to wait if you are having your dinner out there

Staying at Khyber was one of the thing in my to do list but the today is the first day staying here but the experience has been the worst experience I have ever seen…the service is too bad and the people are interested in serving the vvip and not the normal people

A special shout out to the people who really made my stay, incredibly Swift and also would love to, specially thank Beeni ,masroof from the FO team she was really kind enough to offer me an express check-in looking at that particular situation(medical emergency) even in the state of panic. She was calm enough to help me out throughout time. And nevertheless, to reduce any errors, both of them were following all the SOP, which is remarkable People like them are the ones who makes you feel the difference between service and hospitality. What they did was a true jester of hospitality and definitely it makes a difference I mean because of people like them, we can enjoy our time without any worries… I’m talking about the entire state. Everything is just on peak. There is nothing the lack of Really recommend this property to everyone. Once in a lifetime, I mean, it’s a whole together, a new experience with the never-ending beauty blended with the amazing global standard hospitality.
