Fantastic vacation , thanks to the hospitality . visited during 2nd week of November . Light snowfall with ice all around . Everything was LIT from breakfast to supper . Keep it up !

Her hospitality was truly exceptional—she patiently addressed all our queries and requests, generously offered her time, and displayed remarkable humility and politeness throughout our interaction. One of the best stays and expirence. A wonderful welcome R airport and our driver Khurshid was there to greet us with a Kashmiri smile , and showed us around o the way to Khyber. Hotel is amazing , great service great food very warm and cozy. The pool is one for bucket list. Khurshid guided us plan our trip and it was a great help.

We had a wonderful time at Khyber Resort and Spa. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The majestic view of Himalayas are breathtaking. The room was beautiful and spacious. The restaurant at the property had wide variety and delicious food. We had great experience with Tabassum Reyaz, who was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Very well designed hotel. Larger than life layout. We had taken their Himalayan view balcony rooms. That was the perfect choice.we enjoyed every bit. For a like 85 key hotel, there are 375 employees, each one ready to serve your needs. Restaurant is outstanding. In front office, Ishfaq ( kind ) and Muzemmil ( peace ) are beyond compare. Just, supremely efficient, eager to help and what not !!!! In restaurant, they work hard to make you happy. Chef Munich and South Indian Chef Vikram are beyond compare. Varun ,, ever smiling manager. In serving area Sabrina, Rayees and Amir doing outstanding job. This is Avery special hotel, however, supremely expensive.

the hotel was really nice helpful staff and the location is also very nice we had a great experience and the staff there was very helpful specially tabasum reyaz she was very sweet and polite and very helpful ! khyber was a great experience.! Must go atleast once .!

Highly overrated and over priced for the services provided It’s the only star category hotel in area hence the demand. If you want to go to pool from one side you have to walk and climb almost of mile & atleast 4 floors. There are no lifts. For youngster it’s ok, but what about senior citizens Breakfast spread was one of best but Ala carte is highly over priced Can visit once but not value for money
