"we stayed here for one night.The place is good but it is crowded and not very scenic as there are lots of hotels covering this place.But the sitting area outside is nice .Food is good both for breakfast and dinner but staff is not very polite .They will not provide any extra water bottles and food options for dinner was limited with only one non veg item.Also during breakfast serving of puri was very slow.Overall nice for one night."

Hospitality excellent , right from reception wherein mr mubashir and mudasir addresses all your concerns with ease to the restaurant team of 1860 including my davood who are very courteous and helpful. The room service and cleaning were prompt and excellent The entire team gives you excellent vibes and a pleasant feeling with calmness all around ( I rather feel disappointed with different guests instead, who makes noisy environment with lack of civic senses during breakfast + Dinner and noticed few being rude with hotel staff who indeed are so humble, helpful and cheerful. The 1860 restaurant is a pleasant ambience room with good food Even the view from room is good and those who come in January probably will love it best especially mountain facing room Another plus point of this beautiful hotel is the nearby ( walkable) museum that has good ambience, view and coffee shop where one can spend peaceful time with coffee"
