I recently had the pleasure of staying at Genting Skyworlds Hotel, and I can’t speak highly enough about the level of service and the quality of the stay. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in and check-out were smooth.
However, the highlight of our experience was the exceptional care provided by Mr. Rusman. Late one evening, our helper began experiencing severe gastric issues, and Mr. Rusman immediately went above and beyond to ensure her well-being. Mr Rusman stepped in without hesitation and arranged for an ambulance, which arrived promptly within five minutes. He went above and beyond by personally accompanying my husband and my helper to the clinic, assisting with the registration process, and staying with them until our helper received the necessary medical treatment. Once the doctor cleared her, he also ensured they had transportation back to the hotel.This act of kindness and genuine concern for others made a world of difference in what could have been a stressful situation.
It’s rare to encounter such caring and attentive staff, and Mr. Rusman’s efforts truly made our stay memorable. I am incredibly grateful for his support and for the hotel’s overall exceptional service.
I highly recommend Genting Skyworlds Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with a team that genuinely cares about its guest.

Amazing hotel property, very detailed,
almost all properties in my room are amazing,
there is a Christmas tree inside my room,
free wine, high quality bed sets, modern furniture ,
wine glasses, cutlery are all high quality,
also bathroom properties from the white company.
The hotel staff is very helpful, when my son was sick, the hotel staff helped find a doctor, accompanied us to the doctor, appreciated for this.
The location is perfect inside the mall,
next door to mall and theme park.
room cleanliness: perfect.
Breakfast : not buffet breakfast.
food is not varied, little protein.

Very recommended for family with kids because the hotel so many kids activities so that they are can enjoy the hotel to max.
Hotel also offer a shuttle bus to GPO within 1 hour time frame until 11pm. If you drive car here you can validate touch n go card so that you only pay minimal parking rate during your visit. Definitely will repeat again because I love the cozy environment.

1st time staying in Ion d'Lement, nice unit with 3 rooms and lovely price on Thursday night. Spacious apartment, TV with limited channels, wifi, clear procedure to check-in and out. Mineral water provided, comfy bed, warm indoor swimming pool, pool towels provided, food & restaurant available at the same floor. Colder weather than Gohtong Jaya. Will return.. and check out the evening and morning from the unit!

Beautiful and clean hotel, with friendly staffs! Booked the deluxe room with balcony and I have nothing bad to say. The view and design is nice, room is equipped with Smart TV. There’s laundry machine and coway water refill outside at the public area too. Location is close to all the restaurants/coffeeshops (walking distance). Do note that parking is not free. All in all, an excellent experience!

We truly enjoyed the onsen session especially the Sakura Pool which was a piece of fine art. The uniqueness of the pool increased the pleasure of soaking in the hot water on a cold evening. The other pools were also unique, 1 with nano bubble which we were told was imported from Japan. After soaking, it made our skin smoother. We also enjoyed the other pool near the window which was with the highest temperature. With the cold breezy wind coming in from the window it made us felt so relax and comfortable. Overall, the hotel offered great service. Thanks to their dedicated guests officers. We also had a good sleep on the comfortable bed. For those who wanted a relaxing holiday and not too far away from the buzzing Genting Resorts world of entertainment, The Yanné Onsen Hotel is a great choice.

This is a new building (M3) under Ion Majestic. The rooms are clean and spacious but not yet fully furnished. However, the strong smell of renovation is noticeable throughout, and the hotel lobby toilet has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the water flow in the room toilet is slow. Overall, it’s a decent hotel. There is a shuttle bus service to the theme park at hourly intervals, but it needs to be booked and paid for separately for each trip. I suggest reconsidering the 5-star rating, as the hotel does not yet meet that standard.

The checkin and checkout process was well structured and fast. The 2 bedroom apartment that I stayed was clean and comfortable. Owner/management had all cooking utensils and hotpot ready for steamboat.
I was on the 23rd floor hence view was superb. I will come back again as it is the best alternative location other than genting accomodations itself during peak season as you can avoid the jam and hustle staying in mid mountain location.

The hotel itself is excellent—modern, clean, and well-maintained with comfortable rooms and good amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the check-in and overall service smooth and pleasant. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel, which made for a relaxing stay.
However, the location was a bit of a challenge. The road leading to the hotel was in poor condition, making it difficult to access, especially after dark. Additionally, there were no streetlights along the way, which made driving to and from the hotel quite tricky, particularly at night.
Another downside was the lack of nearby dining options within walking distance. The only food available was from the hotel’s own restaurant, which was fine but limited in variety. If you're looking to explore local eateries, you'd need to rely on delivery or a longer commute by car. Getting a Grab ride was also not as easy as expected—there was often difficulty in finding a ride, especially during peak hours.
In conclusion, while Scapes Hotel offers great service and comfortable accommodations, the location and accessibility could be improved. If you're planning to stay here, it's best to be prepared to dine in at the hotel and use a car service for getting around.

CCKLocation is excellent as it's very convenient to get food , just need to cross over the bridge. Room is normal and quite old. The sofa was already broken as shown in the photo(they just use a cover to cover it up)Toilet was also not draining well. The lift waiting time between 10-12pm is horrible as you will need to wait at least 20-30mins due to check out time period.

It's all wrongly advertised but the customer service from trip.com is so efficient and helpful to try and get me a room with Balcony. But the new room that we received had a Balcony but only with 1 king bed. First picture is the first room we got and the second picture is with the Balcony and few thin mattress to make up for the less of bed

I would appreciate the owner as he literally concerned about customers stay which included availability of parking as well. Snacks provided by them brought back all the child memories. GGuest UserThe room & toilet are clean. If you are going to book rooms at Midhills, remember to bring your slippers and toiletries because they don't provide that stuff. It's quite far from Genting Highlands and markets. I suggest you bring everything you need like food, drinks and snacks before you check in. The lights are grounded the reason when you turn it on, there will be a sparkling sound. There is also no cable on TV. The Aircon is not cooling. The smell of the room is some kind of weird.
Please don't take my review as negative. By this, you can have room for improvement in the future.

The check in process is super terrible and no clear instruction to people who booked through 3rd party like Trip.com etc that they have to do some registration first before you can even check in, wasted our time queuing at the self check in kiosk, I don't know why such simple notice cannot be place all over the lobby area.
We stayed in non-smoking level but still can smell people smoking at nigh, but at least the room cleanness is ok. .
Oh ya there have people right at the lobby keep asking if you want to buy the room stay, hotel side mentioned illegal but no action taken.
For the amount spent for such hotel room, I don't think is worth the value at all. If you are super gambler then this is good hotel because your routine is just Eat Sleep Gamble Repeat
