The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Got a free upgrade and stayed at Ion Majestic, love and wanted to try the heated pool but it was under maintenance so we wouldn't be able to try. I was a regular at Ion Delemens before I tried to book with Trip.com, so definitely will prefer and choose to stay at Ion Majestic as it has easier access than Ion Delemens. Killer view but I guess as not a morning person, I wouldn't prefer the bright curtains in the morning😅 Overall, 5 out of 5 still.

Actually I never considered this hotel would be my 3 nights stayed in Genting Highland. But it was so impressing about this hotel especially for the hotel room which were very clean, bright & comfort. The location is quite near from the Genting Awana Resort (Skyway Cable Car). The staffs will help us to list the car's plate number for free parking. The breakfast menu were also good & delicious. The Facilities is also great, especially the top swimming pool & observation deck with a highly beautiful view. The only thing matters is the lift. Very slow especially if you have the high floor hotel room. For my suggestion, just request the receptionist for the low or middle floor.

During check-in, one of the reception staff seemed distracted, chatting with colleagues while attending to guests. It made it difficult for us to get his attention, and we had to strain to hear him over the loud music from the private event at the swimming pool. To improve, I would suggest that the staff focus on their tasks during check-in and checkout, ensuring guests receive the attention they deserve. Additionally, perhaps the music levels during pool events could be adjusted to allow staff to better communicate with guests. Despite these issues, the hotel's facilities and amenities were great. First time visited. It was an amazing experienced overall. Great service, best vibe, good hygiene. Last but not least, nice mirror for selfie 🤳.

Good stay. Near to Muslim restaurant, convenient store, etc. 20-30mins to get to top of Genting. Have to checkin at Maple then head to designated parking lot at the back. Room is easily accessible directly from parking, no need to change lift. Clean and complete facilities. It is like a 2 bedroom house with kitchen, microwave, fridge. Pool is big but its freezing cold. There is playground for kids. We book room with 3 breakfast and it was handwritten on our breakfast voucher. Unfortunately the cafe’s manager said it is designed for 2 pax breakfast only but he half heartedly allow us for 3 pax breakfast since it was written for 3 on the voucher. Menu not variety, only have nasi lemak, fried maggi, sausage, nugget and vege popia. But it is okay for quick breakfast. Nasi lemak and sambal is delicious. Overall a good stay.
