Location wise ( only RM7 grab taxi to GPO) maybe depends on time and demands

Pool was nice but wasn't able to swim coz it's very cold that time with sea clouds ⛅️

1st time here. Amazed with the scenery offered and also on the superb facilities. Check in process is smooth and 2 staffs at reception counter are very polite and greet us with smile. Free flow americano and espresso also offered at the counter.
Room is good and the bed and pillows are comfy enough. In house cafe provides good food for dinner and breakfast (to purchase). Pool is good and opened until 10pm. Me and my kids even goes for a swim at 915pm.
Definitely will come again in the future with other family members. Worth the price!

We recently stayed at Magtree Genting hotel, in room 2004, tower 4, and had a mixed experience overall. The hotel is generally okay, but there are a few areas that need improvement.
Firstly, the bunk bed in our room seemed to be broken. When our children slept on it, the bed shook quite a bit, which was concerning. This issue needs to be addressed promptly, either by repairing or replacing the bunk bed to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests.
Secondly, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. It was not cleaned thoroughly, and this was quite disappointing. A higher standard of cleanliness is expected, especially in the bathroom area.
As for the breakfast, it was just so-so. The selection was quite limited, with options such as fried noodles, fried rice, Nasi lemak, soup noodles, small sausages, fried eggs, roti canai, curry chicken and bread. However, there was no milk, cereal, or cake for the children. Additionally, we found that the creamer seemed to have been bitten by either a cockroach or a mouse, which was quite unappetizing. We have photos to support this observation.
Overall, while the hotel is generally okay, there are significant areas that need improvement, particularly with the bunk bed, bathroom cleanliness, and breakfast quality. We hope these issues will be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience.

Service is excellent! Both the admin and security staff. They are very polite and ready to help.
Facilities are very new and comfortable for using. The overall experience was superb, the only flaw may be a bit noisy at night due to traffic and construction at daytime, but the sound proof effect of the room is very good. Will definitely reconsider if coming back again.

Loved the wonderful weather huge apartment very comfortable with two tv in the hall and room..there's all the amenities needed like a fridge microwave oven and so forth but only thing is that there's no telephone and order in food..and there's no coffee packets and tissues near the sink area.. everything else is wonderful toilets are well equipped..we enjoyed our stay

The only downside is the check in counter which is a bit confusing as there are two different management for the same building and this one is located at the Swiss garden hotel reception while there is another counter located at the back.

1st time staying in Ion d'Lement, nice unit with 3 rooms and lovely price on Thursday night. Spacious apartment, TV with limited channels, wifi, clear procedure to check-in and out. Mineral water provided, comfy bed, warm indoor swimming pool, pool towels provided, food & restaurant available at the same floor. Colder weather than Gohtong Jaya. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the luxurious decor of the hotel, which truly set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The room was incredibly comfortable, with top-notch cleanliness that made it feel like a home away from home.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The cool weather in Genting made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, allowing me and my husband to unwind both physically and mentally.
One of the highlights of our stay was simply walking around the hotel area in the evening. We found steamed chestnuts and sweet potatoes, which were the perfect treat after a peaceful stroll. The food options in the area were never an issue, and everything we had was delicious.
Overall, our experience at Le Verts was fantastic, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Genting Highland. It’s a beautiful, serene spot that offers great service and a comfortable stay – I’ll definitely be returning!

More confused when heading to lobby location from parking level to lobby since again lack of directions signboards to designated area. Should be more warnings and signs since there's two hotel in one building. But wifi at it's best on location helps with my online works.

GGuest UserIt seems that the property was originally built as a condominium and later renovated into a hotel. I arrived around 8:15 PM, but there were no staff at the front desk. Instead, there was a sign instructing guests to send a message via WhatsApp. After sending the message, a staff member arrived after a while.
There was no parking on-site, so I had to park at a separate building (the parking fee was waived). Sounds of people walking and water running were quite audible, making it hard to fall asleep at night. The hot spring was lukewarm compared to my expectations, but it was somewhat enjoyable.
Overall, it was really average, and I don't think I'll visit again.

Well equipped for a 2 bedroom unit.
Cons
Poor cleanliness. Entire house's floor sticky, not mopped. MUST wear the slippers provider in the house to prevent the icky feel under your feet.
Hot water for master bedroom not working.
Hot water heater seems to be running on a tank system. So expect hot water to deplete half way into your shower and you need to continue with freezing cold water.
Not all TV channels working.
You might face insufficient parking if you are visiting during peak season.

GGuest User1. First of all, if you can take a shuttle bus, you can order a shuttle bus with the housekeeper first. Because it is difficult to tell where to go by taxi. The price of the car at the first hotel is quite confusing. There are 25-40 quotations, and there is no shortage of customers. So if you want to save trouble, you can still book a ferry, 6RM per person.
2. Secondly, the location of the hotel is a hotel apartment. After arriving at the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel, you can ask the butler to pick you up, because the room was still a bit convoluted in the past.
3. The environment of the apartment hotel is still very good. It is a suite with a kitchen, water dispenser, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, TV, etc. There are also snacks to eat. I am mainly satisfied with the bathroom design, because there are clothes hooks and ventilation, and it is very convenient to change and wash.
4. Yunding may be because of the relationship between Yundu and actually can't see anything. It's all cloud and fog outside.

GGuest UserEverything looks ok, except the Parking location is far & parking card to be validated at the Hotel lobby, which is not convenient. From room to Sky garden & take another lif from another tower block to the Lobby to get the card validated with free parking, & then hv to take the lif go back to Sky Gdn, & then take another lif in another Tower block, just to be able to get to my car. After validated card, we hv to be out from the parking location within 15 mins. Experienced while taking lif from lobby, sometimes it might takes 5 mins waiting for the lif, so it makes us a bit of nervous & hv to very hurried try to get the car the soonest the possible 🤦♂️

Not so great:
1. There was a slight foul smell when we first walked in.
2. Overall cleanliness could be better. Both toilets had clogged shower areas, and there were stains here and there in the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms.
I also want to thank the team for handling an urgent situation during my stay. My 2-year-old got locked in the bedroom, so I asked if they could come help. It took a while, and eventually, I asked if I could just break the door. They gave the green light, and we ended up only breaking the door knob. About 30 minutes later, the door was finally open. Thanks to the team! And sorry for breaking your door knob!

GGuest Userat first, we had read reviews about the check in being in a different location from the actual hotel apartments but we thought it was around a 5 minute walk. the actual location is about 1km (25 min walk) away. as it was quite late, the check in staff eventually organised a lift to take us to the place.
the room was nice, fitted with a kitchen, and the pool and gym are nice additions to the complex
