Hotels with Breakfast in Genting Highlands

The hotel is perfectly located with stunning views of the mountains and surrounding nature – truly a serene escape. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. The apartment was very spacious and comfortably accommodated four guests per room. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The food options for vegetarians were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the bellboy service for luggage had restricted timings, which was inconvenient at times. There was also an oversight in placing the mandatory toiletries in two of our rooms, something that could easily be addressed with better preparation in the future. Overall, it's a great place to stay for the views and comfort, with just a few service enhancements needed.

Best location as it’s close to theme park. Check in process is easy and breezy as they provide many self check in service kiosk. However downsides are the room is too small for the price, not too clean, no drinking water provided, no ac only fan. When the weather is hot, the fan is not sufficient. They have many charging plugs which was good. Check out process was very efficient though. U just insert cards into the machine and done.

From start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special. Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night. The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.

The check-in process is self-service via a machine, which was convenient but meant that room assignments were random — unfortunately, ours had no view at all. The room itself was spacious and included a small kitchen, which is a nice touch. However, there were no utensils, plates, or bowls provided, which made the kitchen somewhat unusable. The cleanliness was also disappointing. The floor was visibly dirty, with many dead insects scattered around. I filed a complaint at 3:06 PM, but housekeeping did not arrive until 9:30 PM — only after I followed up a second time. Another major issue was the toilet, which had a strong and unpleasant odor throughout our stay. Prior to arrival, I called the hotel to confirm that both the adult and kids’ pools would be open. However, upon arrival, I was informed the kids’ pool was under maintenance and would reopen in an hour. We checked again the next day, and it was still closed. A different staff member then told us it had been under maintenance the entire time. This inconsistency was quite disappointing, especially since we had checked in advance. On a positive note, the location is excellent — close to many attractions and convenient for families. I also appreciated the quality of the shampoo and body wash provided. Overall, while the hotel has potential and a great location, the cleanliness, communication, and maintenance issues need serious improvement. I hope management takes feedback seriously to enhance future guests’ experiences.

I recently stayed and I was genuinely impressed by every aspect of my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the team went out of their way to accommodate my requests. The room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated — a perfect blend of comfort and modern elegance. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the high-quality linens, complimentary refreshments, and the stunning view from the balcony.

The L8 triple room has many good points, and I enjoyed my stay overall. To help improve the experience further, I’d like to share a few suggestions. Raising the shower curb or adjusting its height could help prevent water from spilling out. It would also be helpful to have a couple of hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes while showering. Adding a lock to the toilet door would provide more privacy, especially since not all guests may be family or close friends. In terms of housekeeping, I noticed that the bin in the coffee-making area wasn’t emptied. Overall, I’d rate the cleanliness as 7 out of 10. Lastly, it would be great if the buffet breakfast menu changed daily. One day of breakfast was enough as only the coffee and omelette appealed to me, and I wouldn’t have opted for it again on the second or checkout day. Thank you for considering these suggestions!

Hotel is conveniently connected to the malls and theme park. Rooms are well maintained, check in and checkout are automated...minimal human interaction. Breakfast is off-site but not too far away albeit a little crowded.

Nice spacious room and very clean as well. Beds and pillows comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom got nice shower and spacious. Only comment is not enough noise barrier can hear noise outside like cars on the road and people walking in the hallway or corridor outside the room. Thank you.

This property is managed by Maple Home. I’m leaving this review in the hope that it helps improve their management standards. Based on my experience, Flash Suites has consistently offered better quality in terms of the properties they manage. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case here. Additionally, the key sensors at this property are not functioning properly, which affected the overall experience.

The comfort of the room is good, but it is very difficult to find the hotel from the mall. The signs are quite unclear. When checking in, the counter charged an extra RM10, which was said to be tax, which made us feel very strange because there were no other hotels when we checked in. We were notified later. We made a mistake and it was returned to us. The waiter was not clear about the procedure.
