Booked the hotel to spend night to transfer at Tuanfu airport. The location is great. The staff are very helpful, gave details on when and where to wait for shuttle. The driver helped out with suitcase and brought us breakfast the next day when we headed out for an early flight. The hotel has a big and beautiful garden. Room is clean and cozy. The only thing to complain is there is no elevator. There are many small steps/stairs to get to the room. It's pretty hard to carry suitcase. Other than that, it's a great choice to stay.

The hotel was better than expected given the modest price. They provided shuttle service from and to the airport, wake up call, basic packed breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was big. It had all the needed amenities. The staff was really friendly despite the lack of English language. The location is good as it is walking distance to grocery shops and restaurants. This time I stayed in the second-floor guest room of the west building. The most praised thing is the hygiene. I specially took some photos of the dead corners. There was no neglect of maintenance and cleaning because of the age. The hotel did a great job in hygiene. The whole room was clean. Considering that the room was full the day before and the hygiene was completed so quickly and to a high standard the next day, the management level of InterContinental Hotel Sancha Lake and the work quality and enthusiasm of the staff are worthy of praise. Breakfast was busy but not chaotic. Compared with the holidays in previous years, the details such as on-site guidance, food supplements, and seating arrangements have been significantly improved. The hotel has many holiday activities, and the elderly and children are very satisfied with their own ways of playing. It is very convenient to drive to the water park, open-air movies, or nearby attractions. It is a good choice for suburban vacation.

The hotel facilities are very good. It opened last year, so the facilities and equipment are relatively new. The concierge service is particularly good. When the car arrived at the lobby entrance, someone helped us open the car door, take our things, and deliver them to the room. In-house guests can visit the Expo Park for free, and they will also be given tickets to the Ferris wheel, cruise ship, and Children's Dream Park, but you can only choose one of the three. However, the service of manager Nancy is very thoughtful. Seeing that there are many people in my family, she took the initiative to give us the tickets. Before check-in, Nancy contacted me in advance to confirm the specific details of the stay with me. During the stay, she also met my various needs and took the initiative to help me delay the check-out time. The check-in experience was very good and I will consider it in the future. One of the best hotel in my list. This airport hotel exceeded our expectations! We had a wonderful two-night stay, thanks to the exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows.
