環境優美，雨林茂密，水聲鳥鳴構成大自然最美白噪音。房間面積大，私湯池也很大，有條件住三樓房間，乾燥視野佳。床品舒適，一夜好眠。絕美的泡池正對七仙嶺，一共有10個泡池，夏季客人少，一半放水了，泳池也漂亮乾淨。在七仙嶺住過好幾個温泉酒店了，這裡是裏嶺峯最近的酒店，客服服務優秀，小哥專門送我去房間。酒店自帶泉眼，水質對皮膚非常好。

來保亭玩，選了這家酒店，還行。環境是真不錯，到處都是樹，空氣比城裡好太多。房間不算小，挺乾淨的，窗户外面就是林子，看着舒服。温泉池子不少，晚上泡着挺解乏。整體挺好，下次來可能還會選。

温泉很棒，公共的和房間內的都很不錯，環境沒得説，非常熱帶雨林。
但是為了酒店好，還是要説點意見：
1.房間裏提供手機支架唄，泡湯也需要電子摘菜的
2.餐廳得提升提升了，現有規模很難做大做強再創輝煌
3.訂單平台和服務理念得跟上時代，攜程裏確認過的延遲退房，酒店系統不但看不到，也無法提供此項權益服務

第一次來保亭，隨便選的這家，意外覺得還行。酒店外觀有點民族風，看着挺特別。房間裏有個小陽台，晚上坐那兒吹吹風，聽着蟲叫，挺舒服。温泉區綠植多，池子隔得開，不吵。早餐自助能選的不少，腸粉味道正。服務員挺熱心，有求必應。

南方山裡，我能理解房間潮濕，有潮味，有壁虎飛蟲。但是我不能接受床上有蟲子，特別小的黑色白色蟲子在床單上，也不知道是不是蝨子。找蟲子的時候發現被芯有三四塊巴掌大的污漬，像血又像紅油。早餐點了碗麪，碗裏也有蟲子腿。第一時間找了工作人員換了床上用品，重新煮了麪。之前在這兒住過很多次，這次是最差的，以後再也不來了。

帶家人來的，酒店位置可以看到七仙嶺，也很安靜。房間挺大，床睡得挺舒服。温泉水温剛好，小孩在小童池玩得很嗨。服務員態度都不錯，問啥都耐心説。我們一家人住得挺自在，很高興
