酒店環境一流，住房的小別墅都在起伏熱帶雨林的山上，空氣凈度非常高，管家服務絕對到位，24小時電動車服務隨叫隨到，温泉和游泳池都在熱帶雨林中，享受寧靜的自然風光，早餐豐富用餐環境很佳，退房後還送伴手禮當地茶葉，總之還會再來。

酒店的工作人員非常好，服務到位、體貼入微、熱情洋溢，令我們賓至如歸。
酒店的位置位於雨林區，最好是自駕過去。
酒店自己的餐廳菜品不錯，可以解決晚餐。
有不少温泉池。
以後有機會還會考慮再來。

體驗感非常差的一次酒店體驗；別墅隔音效果太差；我們住樓上，樓下衹要住人基本沒辦法休息，其次再説一下服務，因為噪音問題投訴多次，一開始基本不處理；能敷衍就敷衍，多次反應後才上門溝通；但是也未解決問題；以後不會再選擇了。

首先説環境，真的真的住在大自然中！身在山中不知歲月，一花一木皆是精靈！空氣真心好，真的有種遠離鬧市的感覺！
説下服務，確實發生了一點不太愉快的小事情，但在前廳竺經理的幫助下解決的很順利，也能感受到竺經理代表酒店方給到的滿滿的誠意！在此表示感謝🙏 酒店的整體服務都不錯，主要是大部分工作人員的身上都透着質樸，是單純原始的善良和善意，很吸引我！
酒店有很多體驗項目，包括娛樂和文化科普之類，這次時間太緊沒有體驗有點遺憾，下次再去一定多住幾天好好體驗！
最後，酒店的樹熟老品種菠蘿蜜好吃到爆！衹是和開擺渡車的小哥閑聊了幾句，沒想到小哥記住並反饋給酒店相關工作人員，端來房間的時候確實給我很大的驚喜😄 實在太多了，吃剩的一半也被我打包了！衹是當時太過開心，忘了問問那位小哥怎麼稱呼，如果酒店方能看到我的評論，希望能找到那位小哥，有這樣的工作人員是咱們的好運氣👍
