接待服務人員，服務意識較差，嘴裏嚼着檳榔接待客人，空氣裏散發著檳榔口氣的臭味，陽台泡池放出來的是冷水，無法泡澡，野外温泉晚上要走很遠的路，詢問前台的人也不説可以有車送過去，走過去較遠，人較少，入住的客人喝酒吵鬧無法安靜休息。

酒店環境很不錯，最主要就是前台的服務很好，我的東西落在酒店房間裏退房後，前台又給我郵到了第二個地點，在這裏表示感謝，還有前台攝影人員也非常的熱情，給我們拍了好多的照片，表示感謝🙏

面對羣山，是個有風景的房間。酒店有專門的一片温泉池，摸着水温還可以，圖三是出水90度的池子。早餐是正常水平。裝修稍舊，適合不要求設施必須很新的人。送的七仙嶺門票，需要前台給預約，到景區報信換票。
