因為我是自己出門，本來打算睡一晚上就走了，所以晚上9點多才到的。結果房門鎖不上，然後找大堂，説不會有人打開門。然後還説自己這邊4年都麼沒事情。我需要的是你的保證嗎？你不如修修你的房門。要不是因為晚上太晚了，我又找不到其他地方住，我打死不睡這。我當時讓她們給我換一間房間，那個人説那個房間也是門壞了。説明要麼是搪塞我的，要麼就是這家這種事情不是個例。一個有安全隱患的門，以後可是不敢住了。大晚上那個旁邊的安全出口還被一直刮開，咚咚的，嚇得人慌。還掛到了我的門，本來就自己睡很害怕。這半宿的更害怕。

酒店位置很好找，停車場很大，停車位很多，停車超方便。酒店周邊餐館也很多。吃飯也特別方便。酒店乾淨，房間很寬敞，很乾凈。服務人員很熱情，很滿意！

其他的還行吧，就是味道有點不太好聞，大部分旅客都會抽煙能理解但是希望酒店做一下除味清新，如果遇到有小孩子住就不好了

挺不錯的一個酒店，環境不錯，前台很熱心，設施啥的也都挺齊全的，離着火車站也近 保定最西頭，下次來體驗一下泡澡。
就是屋子裡可以再噴點清新劑，有點味道
