酒店地理位置不錯，逛景點方便、對面就是便民市場，服務人員服務超級贊，不管是前台、餐廳、客房服務員有禮貌，還是門衞，都熱情主動幫忙。尤前台辦理入住快，入住體驗很好，房間乾淨衞生整潔，空調涼爽，早餐豐盛精緻，每日有水果，酒店可補充礦泉水，不夠隨時給送。非常大氣。還有泳池，健身房，下次還住這裏。

服務非常好，孩子抓傷了，還提供了碘酒棉球和創可貼
早餐很好吃，還提供了嬰兒椅
這次沒有去成游泳池，但是看了一下游泳池也非常不錯

住過很多星級酒店，保定秀蘭酒店是最謙卑的一家。謙卑的服務態度，謙卑的服務理念，謙卑的服務感受。從進門的那一刻，服務人員就很貼心的開門，幫忙拿行李箱等。吃早點的時候，主動幫忙拿咖啡。我們詢問有什麼菜品的時候，有的話也會主動去幫我們取相關的餐品。整個酒店裝潢中式，有KTV（外包），游泳池和健身房。早點的菜品種類不算繁多，但是味道真的是用心了。真的還要再誇下服務態度，每個服務人員都會主動的去問候，有問題也會主動去幫忙解答和處理。一家酒店讓我對保定這座城市增添了很大的好感。和家人們商量如果可以的話，過年期間我們還會來住幾天修養。期待下一次的見面。

服務熱情周到 每天都提供水果 老酒店設施比較老 但房間很整潔 衹是房間沒有USB插口 不太方便 不過可以聯繫前台提供插頭 酒店早餐一般 位置並不在市中心 但保定市中心好像也沒見什麼大酒店
