房間、環境整體還不錯，就是前台管理混亂，晚上9：36打電話確認是否入住，在已告知10分鐘後到店的情況下，9：42又再次確認是否入住，更讓人抓狂的是在已經辦理完入住的情況下，大半夜11：30把我們從睡夢中吵醒，再次確認是否入住，我就不明白，我們在前台登記身份證辦入住，酒店難道都沒記錄嗎？！
