如果沒有下述情況，該酒店應該給好評，但是不該發生的情況還是發生了：春節期間酒店不提供餐廳服務，按約定早晨7：40送套餐到房間，結果第一天就晚了15分鐘，主食除雞蛋外基本是涼的；第二天，經過催促3次後，晚了30多分鐘才送到房間，初始衹送2份，5分鐘後才補了1份，結果3盒牛奶，2盒沒有吸管。前台解釋説是前一天忘記給登記了，我無法認同，這些登記在酒店管理系統中都有存儲，不是能夠人為忘記的，白白耽誤了半個多小時，還有7個多小時的返程，本想早些走省得堵車，但還是晚了，而且套餐品種不多，不值38元/份，不如在餐廳就餐理想。再有就是電視，每隔一段時間就信號卡頓，只有聲音，畫面靜止不動，工程師説是信號問題，而且應該已經出現好久了，酒店應該知道情況！想問店家一聲，出了問題就是不解決嗎？客人住酒店想看看電視也是奢望！大過年的，着實讓人添堵！

幾個酒店共用一棟樓，停車場特別臟亂，前台只有一個人辦入住，要等好久。床上用品有臟點，因為有孩子特意訂了早餐，結果只是早上送來兩份特別差的盒飯。

房間乾淨整潔，很寬敞，特別喜歡衞生間和洗漱是分開的，酒店位置離各個景點都很近，停車方便。

酒店地上和地下都有免費停車位，房間乾淨整潔暖氣足，入住有果盤，早餐豐富，馬桶個，洗澡的是兩個分開的屋，這個不錯，保潔阿姨和前台熱情主動。
