It was nice to stay at this hotel. The hotel reception staff are so nice and cooperative. The hotel lobby is well organized and has many options for the guests to use as complementary. The rooms on the 5th floor are really nice and have a great view of the city. I recommend this hotel to every foreigner who wants to stay in this city. This hotel is best on the price with the facilities they provide.

環境： 因為意外原因，選擇在保定落腳一晚，桃莆酒店是我最明智的選擇。 酒店地處保定高新區，周邊環境清幽，綠化優美，大堂敞亮，很通透。
服務：服務沒得説，前台服務人員和藹可親，總是微笑着解答問題。 看我們遠道而來，還貼心的為我們升級了房間，特別是在我們離店前，還貼心的贈送小禮物 - 礦泉水。 在炎熱的夏天，無非是最好的安排了。酒店大堂更有為客人提供的酒精紙巾、牙線、碘伏棒，口罩、卡子等等一應俱全的生活用品。更有各式茶水、小點心、糖果供客人小坐時品嚐。
衞生：衞生很乾凈。無論是房間內部還是酒店周圍都很乾凈。
設施：衞生間乾濕分離，很貼心。 但大堂在高温炎熱的天氣裏，還堅持要等待五一後再開空調，實在是不盡人意。 這麼多離店後或正在辦理入住的客人都在大堂裏被灼熱烘烤着，酒店應該根據天氣的變化情況調整空調供冷風時間。 而且，酒店的工作人員更是辛苦，他們還需要穿着制服在炎熱的環境下為大家提供温暖的服務，希望酒店能改進一下，真正的替客人和酒店工作人員着想。
