性價比非常高，之前去過好幾次興芮温泉，第一次住酒店，乾淨、設施新，還送温泉票、生態園門票，含早餐，超值，還有電車充電樁，免費停車

性價比做好的！這些年來了都是私湯房，乾淨，池子也都用，孩子也很喜歡！也送大温泉門票，温泉裏也有自助餐也不貴！遊樂場也從新開了，換了地方還是比較便宜！餐廳點菜這麼多年了，依然實惠味道北方菜！

來此酒店入住，停車方便，各區域服務態度很好熱情周到，三樓汗蒸區域非常不錯，入住房間乾淨整潔，晚上吃自助餐，品種多樣性價比高，温泉水乾淨。

🔥真的給不了高分🔥
😡前台辦理入住太慢了，我辦個入住居然等了35分鐘，這你敢信嗎？作為商家週末時段應該多派些人手，前台總共設定了3位服務人員，一位正在接受諮詢，聊了得夠半小時，也不明白這顧客在諮詢什麼。
😡另外一位衹接受辦入住，然後又趕上沒素質的客人假借諮詢為由直接前面插隊的，説實話當時的心情要不是答應帶孩為了來玩水，都不想住了。
**還剩旁邊那位工作人員衹接受辦理退房，前台也沒有個工作指示牌，讓顧客都無法識別應該在哪排隊，可見這酒店的管理水平有多低？
💀作為商家應該有具備週末高峯期迎接客人的能力，工作人員也不分辨客人排隊順序，一直低着頭忙自己的，誰先遞給省份證就先給誰辦，心情真的糟透了，肯定下次不來了。
👏 房間床墊還不錯，軟硬適中，1.35米寬的單床，夠舒適。
🧠 至於玩水孩子們覺得除了室內的激流勇進還可以，其它沒什麼可玩的，想玩有個大型的滑梯，還必須得花錢租圈，好像是30一小時吧！還必須得雙人，每人體重還必須達到45公斤以上，我跟工作人員説解釋兩個孩子加起來夠90公斤了，但她拒絕了，説不行，你們説可笑嗎？我不明白是她****，還是什麼原因，這執行力真夠強硬的，必須兩個人做同一個圈每人體重達到45公斤以上？兩個人體重加起來夠90公斤了，就不讓玩了？這不就是純粹擺設嗎？
🍻在説下里麪的自助餐，有一種45元一位的，還有一種是88元的，別吃45元的，我帶兩個孩子但都按成人價格算，還不如高速服務區的好，88元的還不錯，有性價比。
🔥但餐廳服務人員有位小哥收拾餐具非要往收餐車裡扔，在這麼嘈雜的環境中就餐都能聽的很明顯，本以為他們這是因為工作量大，也能理解，後來經過觀察，就這位男服務生收拾餐具往車上扔，這幸虧不是瓷的，照他這麼扔，估計收回去都碎了，後來更可氣的是他居然在我面前掃地，我實在忍不了了，我説:你等客人都走再掃不行嗎？我這沒吃完呢！你還掃地？🔥不是我事多，你們給説説，有這麼乾的嗎？客人沒用完餐，服務員在你面前掃地？我都不明白這的經理是怎麼當的？👻
😩就先寫到這吧！希望給沒去過的小夥伴避個坑，真實個人感受，僅供參考

非常棒的酒店，設施新，環境好，自駕停車方便，温泉就在樓下，各種温泉池很多，工作日温泉人少很是舒適，衞生方面讓人放心，房間的私湯池也很不錯，早餐豐富，贈送的農業樂園也值得一逛，總之性價比很高。
