説實話保定城市管理確實比較落伍，去民宿周圍走了一下，東湖尚可，但途中馬路邊臟亂差，快到東湖路邊雜草叢生，垃圾隨處可見……，民宿房間較大，樓里民宿較多，與國內民宿發展相比，尚須努力，

很滿意的入住體驗，房間很大，設施很齊全，房間有免費的一次性毛巾，礦泉水等。
交通也很方便，樓下是萬達廣場，四樓有很多美食，旁邊有一個劇院還有夜市。
老闆娘服務態度好，酒店風格不錯，設施齊全，辦理入住快，房間乾淨整潔，網絡給力，床很大，衞生間乾淨，洗澡舒服，棒!

很好。在未來石，一個商場公寓樓住宅綜合體，保定東站打車約5分鐘到，也有公交到的，是較新的成熟區域。旁邊是東湖公園，很大，晨練/跑步的好地方。樓下是商場，路邊夜市很旺，吃飯購物方便。房間大，照明細緻，設施衞生都好。攜程各名目優惠下127塊一晚，滿意。
