Cleanliness: This should be every guest's biggest concern, and it's also a hotel's top priority. 1. Since I brought travel sheets and duvet covers, I had to unroll the comforter before laying them down. I discovered a noticeable stain on the sheets. With new sheets, it should be immediately noticeable. This only suggests that housekeeping isn't changing them for each guest. I called the staff, but they offered to replace them, saying the sheets had been washed and must have gotten dirty during shipping. This part should be folded, so forget it. If you didn't bring your own sheets, this spot, covered by the comforter, would be incredibly hard to spot. The most ridiculous thing was that after changing the sheets, they brought me a fruit plate as an apology and asked for a five-star review. It seemed like changing my sheets was something worth a five-star review, not just basic hotel service. 2. At breakfast, the waitress actually used her hands to scoop up the cooked noodles and put them in the bowl. Even though she was wearing work gloves, I felt it was unhygienic. After all, she was also responsible for frying eggs and other tasks. I raised this with the restaurant staff, but they didn't think it was a problem and said she would wash her hands. Perhaps this is not the case for this hotel. I guess cleanliness isn't their top priority. Service: 1. I had breakfast at 7:30 AM and wanted some watermelon afterward. There was only a little bit of watermelon left in my bowl, and it was just scraps. I asked the waiter if they could get more watermelon. The waiter looked at it and said, "Look, there's still some left. It's just scraps. Can you get more?" Then I went to get more watermelon. Breakfast had just started, not about to end. Why would they bother ordering more? 2. After I checked out, the front desk called me and asked where my hotel room towels were. Me? Would I steal towels from your hotel?!

This was my first time staying at this hotel. It just opened this year, so the facilities are very new. The standard rooms can be joined to form a king-size bed, making them perfect for families with two children. There's parking right outside, probably enough for over 20 cars, and there seems to be a courtyard in the back for additional parking. I booked a Deluxe Business Room with Twin Beds on the second floor, which has a large outdoor terrace. However, it was so hot during the day that it looked pleasant but wasn't really useful. It cost an extra hundred yuan. Upon entering the room, I noticed a stain on the toilet lid that hadn't been wiped clean. I'd wiped it myself and it burned me, so I need to be more careful about that. The front desk service was excellent. Anything I needed was delivered immediately upon calling the front desk, which was great. However, the housekeeping service was average, perhaps because I happened to be there. She was cleaning another room, and I went to get two bottles of mineral water from my car. The housekeeper came out looking very unhappy. I told her I was going to get two bottles of mineral water, but she just glared at me without saying a word. I couldn't understand what she was upset about. So my positive review is for the front desk service. There's a group buy for breakfast on Douyin for just over a dozen yuan per person, but the actual price seems to be 88 yuan per person. The variety is okay, but the taste is average. The juice seems watered down, and the milk seems powdered. The quality needs improvement.

There is an independent courtyard, which is very convenient for parking and quiet. New hotel, the room is very clean, and there is no decoration smell problem that I worried about before. The breakfast is quite rich, but the restaurant is not very big and there are many people.

前台服務態度很好，辦完入住遇到工作人員還會主動引路，房間乾淨無異味，停車場挺大，工作日來的，停車位特別富裕，旁邊幾百米處有個小型商場，開車十幾分鐘有清真的安家牛肉罩餅，走的時候睡衣落在酒店了，服務人員還幫忙郵寄回來了

從進門開始，前台工作人員就熱情又高效，快速辦理完入住還細心告知了周邊用餐和出行建議。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，設施一應俱全且維護得很好，衞浴乾濕分離設計超貼心。早上的早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮，口味也很贊。最打動我的是細節服務，需要額外床單被罩時一個電話就立馬送到，響應特別及時。下次來還選這裏！

又一次被歡朋提供的服務驚艷到了！因為同行的有長者，前台給長者的房間免費做了升級。房間從設計到設施的配置都非常的人性化，衞生和清潔情況一如既往的好，早餐更是沒得説，不論長者孩子都覺得很贊。酒店的地理位置也不錯，既方便快捷又跟很是靜謐，這性價比也是沒得挑剔啦！期待下次再見嘍，還在猶豫的小夥伴們可以大膽沖沖沖！
