衞生：很乾凈，打掃得很到位了
服務：因為酒店下午修空調，所以他們在上午主動給我打電話問我入住時間，並且告訴我空調維修的時間，讓我在入住前，就感受到了主動和真誠。前台很熱情，還主動為我升級房型，還可以看平面圖選房，還送我到電梯口。退房還有伴手禮小零食贈送。
設施：漫心的裝修我很喜歡，房間格局是小套間的感覺，設備都很新。枕頭很舒服。唯一不足是浴室下水不暢，但太晚了為免麻煩就沒有聯絡維修。
環境：周圍確實沒什麼，不過離車站、景點和老城區都二十分鐘以內，還是很方便的。
總之，這家酒店就是，要好評不必開口，全都做到了，讓人不給都不行。

從下火車酒店來接站 到了酒店服務人員幫拿行李🧳 各種小細節都無微不至!退房還送了小禮物!保定人民的熱情又被我看到!帶孩子來玩!沒有陌生感!喜歡這個酒店!喜歡保定!

酒店設施比較新，大堂和房間的裝修風格現代舒適。特別滿意的是自助早餐，品種豐富多樣，中西式都有，味道也很好，服務人員收拾及時。健身房器材齊全，泳池水質乾淨。整體體驗超出預期，適合度假或商旅。
