對錦江非常滿意，這幾日持續預訂中。早餐品種很多。四五個炒菜，雖是大眾菜，口味卻很貼心。炒西蘭花，炒豆芽菜，做的用心。對於旅途中勞頓的人很是去火。服務員也很熱心。給到了温暖的感覺。以後出門都會考慮選擇這個品牌的連鎖酒店

前台服務熱情，但是不知道為什麼屋子煙味很嚴重，甚至躺在枕頭上都有味道，和前台提了一次換枕套但是還和沒換一樣，不知道是不是為了節約成本那枕套都黃的是頭油，洗不掉的話就不要再給顧客用了，這個價位的家庭房，這樣的軟件配套屬實堪憂。

保定錦江之星酒店（保定火車站廣場店），距離火車站很近，非常方便，酒店硬件設施一般，缺點是單層窗户隔音不好，人流和汽車聲可下沒了，剛睡着，空調外機，風聲給吵醒，一夜沒睡好覺。

前台太死板，説話很強硬，我都去前台問了都住很多次了，能否送一份早餐，來一句 22，不能送，隔壁麥當勞吃不香嗎？！
還有洗衣服還説他們不提供，要收 10 元。試問哪個酒店洗衣服收費的，想錢想瘋了吧啊！
各位出差的千萬要慎重選擇

住了幾天，體驗還不錯。房間佈置温馨，採光很好，讓人心情愉悦。床軟硬適中，睡起來舒服。服務人員態度親切，有需求都能及時響應。不過酒店周邊的餐飲選擇不多，要是能增加點就更好了。整體還是推薦，性價比挺高的。
