Amazing stay
We were staying in the off season, we had the spa to ourselves and the staff was extra nice and let us check out very late .

Unfortunately I was disappointed
Unfortunately we were disappointed. The room it's too overpriced. For the price of 200 euros per night you can find a lot of better hotels in Bansko at half price. The hotel doesn't look for a 5 star hotel. The room doesn't look like the photos it's too basic like a 2,3 star room hotel and the mattress was too cheap I wake up with backpains. The worst thing was the stuff espessialy at the reception. Unhappy persons who doesn't want to help you, they barely speak English and they don't explain to you anything about the hotel and the facilities you have already paid. The only positive things are the breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel. The spa was OK but the rooms of sauna and steam bath were too small for 2 persons only. You can find even in 3 star hotels spa's triple in size.

Excellent choice in Bankso! We came on a whim for a summer weekend and could not have been happier with our choice! The whole facility is clean, well kept, the staff are so kind and friendly. The owner is a lovely woman who provides exceptional customer service, it’s no wonder the hotel is full year-round! Breakfast is well provided and the room service was delicious, they obviously take great pride in their offerings. One small note - this is primarily a winter destination so there was an AC unit in the apartment’s sitting room but not the bedroom, whiz is common for these types of properties. It didn’t cause much of an issue for us, but wanted to make others aware. Overall we would absolutely come back and refer to friends again and again!

I spent 2 weeks at this wonderful place with attentive employees who pamper you all the way!The Ayurveda program is the best in Europe in my opinion and Doctor Balaji is a class physician who understands both physical and phsycological way of medicine. Everybody in the hotel took care of me as a single traveller and I took the most from the Program. Thank you to Sumi, Asen,Vilas,Kamal,Sabina from reception, restaurant and technic service as well as housekeeping staff for going the extra mile to accommodate me. Yoga this year was exquisite and fulfilling. The Bansko people are very welcoming and kind and everyone in Lucky Bansko Hotel is intuitively trained! Thank you for the smooth stay and see you again in the autumn.

Possibly the WORST hotel I have stayed in!! Filthy dirty, blood stained curtains, punch holes in walls exposed electrics, horrendous staff, raw freezing food and rat droppings in the restaurant!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID . What an embarrassment to Bulgaria and Bansko
