From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service from the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location is perfect—close to the ski slopes, yet peaceful enough for ultimate relaxation. The spa and thermal facilities are truly world-class, offering a variety of saunas, pools, and treatments that make for the perfect après-ski experience. The food was another highlight of our stay. The restaurant serves an exceptional selection of dishes, blending local flavors with international cuisine. Every meal was a delight, and the breakfast buffet was particularly impressive. As a ski resort, Regnum is top-notch. The hotel provides convenient shuttle service to the lifts, and after a day on the slopes, returning to such a luxurious and cozy retreat was a dream. I recently stayed at the Regnum Bansko Ski Hotel & SPA, and it exceeded all expectations. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable retreat after a day on the slopes. The hotel's location near the gondola lift was convenient, and the shuttle service was always punctual. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive to every need, making the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options catering to all tastes. The spa facilities, including the pool and sauna, were luxurious and perfect for relaxation. Whether you're there for skiing or a relaxing getaway, the combination of prime location, excellent amenities, and superb service makes this hotel an ideal choice. A luxurious and well-invested hotel with a beautiful atmosphere, excellent food, very good service 24 hours, amazing people, good cleanliness, amazing view, close to the town, it was really fun to stay here, highly recommend, thank you.

Perfect as always
Every yeat we stay at Regnum hotel and it is always perfect. They have made renovation of the main hall and it looks beautiful. Since we always book family apartment with kitchen, there are plates, glasses but never any dishes to make food - sinple soup or pasta.

This hotel is old and overrated—no more than 3 Star. The cleanness is good, but the furniture is old and worn. The staff at the reception is good, professional and polite. This is the only positive thing I can say. The rest of the staff, mainly Ukrainian and Turkish, barely speak Bulgarian or any other Western language. The kitchen staff does not know how to cook their ala cart menu. So I don't recommend eating ala cart in the hotel's restaurant. There are many good restaurants in Bansko. Do not waste your time and money eating in Regnum Hotel. Buffet breakfast offers many choices but low-quality food. Coffee machines are often out of order, and coffee is disgusting. This hotel is badly managed and I would not recommend it at all.

This hotel is a solid 3 star hotel, not 5 stars We stayed in the Executive Suite with Mountain View, for our dates in January it was around $260/night (overpriced in my opinion, should be around $130-150) PROS: -beautiful view of the mountains -they give you 1 complimentary bottle of water upon arrival -room is clean and has fridge, also has some silverware for you to use -house keeping is good in arranging our room and clothes CONS: -hotel is very old, outdated and needs a renovation -around 12 mins walk to gondola, which seems near but is hard because of cold weather + if you're wearing ski boots -they are very cheap and give only 1 free bottle of water upon arrival, theres no more free water in the room after that -they dont have shampoo or conditioner, instead they combined everything into 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash liquid -no disposable toothbrush -there is jacuzzi but water is not warm, its lukewarm and needs to be hotter -breakfast is 99% the same thing everyday and is composed of: cheeses, dried meats, fried frozen foods (cheese, squid, potatoes) -dinner is overpriced at €30/person and not worth it -most of the times, housekeeping did not clean our floor (we know this because we have some of our jacket fur on the floor and once we get back its still there) -you think you have access to Regnum Banya Thermal, but you have to pay around $10/person to get access Would not recommend staying here as its overpriced for the value you get. I was talking to other people and they are happy with their stay at Kempinski (more expensive), Hotel Lion & Platinum

I will never return here. It not worth the money. Very old furniture,very bad cleaning. I left a day before . I was supposed to leave on December 28th and I left on the 27th, without them asking why. I paid extra money for Christmas dinner even though I had already paid pension
