They gave us the most amazing room I could not believe it. I was overtaken by joy. We had a view of the river and everybody was so amazingly sweet. I believe we got one of the best suites in the whole hotel. Thank you so muchtrip.com.

The interior looks old-fashioned and not as good as it should be. The kitchen isn't terrible, but it's not as good as you'd expect for a Mandarin Oriental hotel. The spa is on the opposite side of the river, and getting there isn't very convenient with a boat.

Excellent hotel with commendable service! Butlers available on standby at each floor, just a press of the button and they will be at your door! Free shuttle boat that brings you over to the MO Spa, ICONSiam, Saphan Taksin station and a few other points to name.

The hotel service is first-class, and the restaurant is open until 11:30 pm, which is definitely suitable for Hong Kong people to stay in the hotel for dinner if they don't go out. Although the hotel has a history of more than 100 years, the hotel rooms have been renovated and feel fresh and clean.

The Land of Smiles, the Hotel of Smiles Everyone here is very friendly. The service is considerate and thoughtful. The room is big. The breakfast variety is not very large but the quality is very good. Especially when you sit by the Chao Phraya River and enjoy it slowly, you will really feel that time slows down. I will choose this place next time I come to Bangkok. It's just that the water in the shower room is very slow. I asked the staff to check and said there was no problem, but the water overflowed after a while 😂
